I honestly recommend Kota for permanent straightening, he’s detail oriented, understanding, very calm/patience and he did my hair from start to finish, (I had a really bad experience with different hair salons at parramatta in the past, my hair was done by a traineeship and it breaks and falling off but Kota help me, he listen to my problem, thank you)

This is my first time, i decided to go with Kota because of all the good reviews and you guys was right! Ill definitely come back for a haircut Kota.

Consistently delivers excellent cuts or treatments. Genuinely care about your hair and what's good or bad for it. Have been going for years!

Please look for other Salons with good vibe and professional stylists. This Salon is not worth for money and not professional. It does not even use heat protectant spray and basically fried my hair. Stylists are also lifeless. They look and act like they hate their jobs. Even felt depress and sad vibe after leaving this Salon unlike other Salons which are professional and give upbeat and genuine friendly vibe. Don't understand how this Salon got good reviews.

I've been here a few times now and has fantastic service and a great haircut each time even though I've changed things up each time I've gone. I usually go to Shinroku who doesn't say a lot, but takes the time to listen and interpret the look that I'm asking for.

Highly recommend this place for japanese hair straightening. Really awesome staff and the product feels amazing in my hair.

Shinroku has been cutting and dyeing my hair for over 6 years, and he always makes me look amazing. Definitely book beforehand as they can get busy. But it’s worth it!

I asked for super blonde platinum - i got a streaky patchy ‘natural’ look that looks anything but and was told if i got full platinum i would look “80 years old”

I asked for shorter hair - my 75 dollar haircut was a trim (my hair was left the same length)
I asked for a fringe - was told not to do it because my face is too chubby.

I often appreciate honesty from stylists because they know best. Unfortunately i got out of the chair so incredibly disappointed and 300 dollars poorer.

Overall the salon is lovely but i cant help but be entirely demoralised by my experience with Chika and Blu Creativity. I have now booked into another salon to correct my hair.

Bad experience. I have been here once and I am very happy with the service the first time so I brought my husband here for a haircut. I made a booking for 11am. We arrived about 10 mins early so we were happy to wait a bit. However, 30 minutes passed 11am and we were still waiting with no one coming to tell us what was going on. So I walked to the counter to ask how long they would like us to wait. She said she will go and check. But instead of doing so, she picked up a phone and made us wait. At that point we thought we had enough so we literally walked out. I found this is very rude of the staff. It wasn’t like there weren’t enough staff. There were staff sitting around checking their phones and no one care to explain to us why we have to wait 30 mins even we had a booking. If the hairdresser was tied up, it was fine but someone should come and explain to us or even offer us some water! This isn’t a cheap hair salon but their service is definitely at that level. No apology from the staff.nothing. How rude are they!

I’ve been going to Hisa for my haircut for more than four years now, he’s probably on of the best hair artists you could find in Sydney, thoughtful, thorough and very courteous, most importantly he treats your hair like a piece of art.

Hisa is very accommodating and kind and obviously very good at what he does, my hair just might've been different. Went in for straightening and after 3 days, it practically went back to its original state after washing. Then almost two weeks later, it somehow got worse.

Kota was awesome:) I really recommend coming here! The price is extremely reasonable and the service and treatment is very professional.

Excellent service, really happy with the results. Have been coming here again and again. I think I will never go anywhere else. I always changed my hairstyle and Tomoka always did great job! She is really skillful, nice and friendly. She knows what hairstyle suits me best. Have been recommending her and Blu Creativity to all my friends.

After reading reviews i had been to this salon today for chemical hair straightening. Must say its one of the best parlour in Sydney cbd. KOTA did the excellent job on my frizzy hair. My hair feels so soft and shiny now. Highly recommended.

Called to make an appointment and the staff was really rude. Asked about the price of a basic hair cut and got the response "today we are full", I proceeded to ask "sure, what about tomorrow? " then got a reply of "we're full too" with an aggressive voice. If by making a call for an appointment the service and attitude is like this, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Chika is attentive, intuitive when it comes to what to do with your hair and incredible at what he does. I've been twice now to get balayage done and every other salon I've been to cannot compare with the results I get from this place. Will likely go here for the rest of my life!

I’ve been wanting a nice short hair for a long time and they gave me the exact style what I asked. Love the result. Love the environment. Definitely will come back often.
