The place was difficult to find. When I walked up, there was no one at the reception. And then the hairdresser Shinroku came. He took me to wash my hair straight away without even sitting me down first. There was no water offered. The place is messy and dirty. I booked for 1hr hair cut at $105. Yet the whole service finished within half an hour including blow dry and washing. What a experience!

A few days ago, I tried hair straightening highly at this salon for the first time. Kota was my stylist, and I must say, he did an excellent job! Days later, my hair is still sleek and straight. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to get hair straightened:)

I got the Deluxe Japanese hair straightening and cut. I have super thick, dry curly hair and after the straightening which took in total 3.5hrs I was left with super straight soft shiny hair. I’m completely in love. I washed it 4 days after treatment and let it air dry and it’s still straight soft and shiny. I highly recommend this place. Yes many hairdressers can easily cut your strands but it’s not just that, these lovely people are precise, super kind, give you advice, give the bestttt head massages when washing hair and not to mention deliver with results! My hair style is the best in my life! Cuz perfect hair dresser Kota, he gave me brilliance colour hair. My hair colour is little bit red, but not bleach. I think it’s difficult to keep both beautiful colour and hair quality. But, he can do it and so speedy! Im always impressed by his work. He is literally super good, I recommend him strongly

I got my hair cut last Saturday at 2: 30 but I got a haircut that is not like the one I showed you in the pictures. It was very short and looked terrible. Now I'm so sad.

I had Japanese straightening with Nami and I'm extremely happy with the result. Nami was careful and thorough and explained every step so i had a perfect result. Six weeks later and my fuzzy wild curls are still dead straight. Highly recommend.

The person who attended to me was very professional and very focus. He even know when was my last hair cut and when was my hair straightened just by looking and touching my hair (which i did not do at this place).
The ambiance is very calm and spacious. Results: very satisfied.

I have had Japonese hair straightening with Kota. This was my third visit over the past 2 years. I couldn't have 'been happier. Kota is a perfectionist. My hair is coloured and damaged and believe me, no one would do Japonese hair straightening on my hair but Kota is so knowledgeable, my hair is left feeling soft and straight and not damaged in any shape or form inspite of the original quality. Got a real rude call to move and cancel my appointment I booked over 2 weeks ago by one of the hairdressers named C*a). No apology for the change and inconvenience caused to me and super unpleasant and pushy. Very disappointed as I did often go to Blu Creativity before and quite liked them - most staff I dealt with were lovely and helpful, but with this experience today, will not use them anymore.

I got my hair cut here and couldn't be happier. My hairdresser was so lovely and very skilled. I wanted something a bit different at first but I'm very grateful she used her expertise to give me something much better! I didn't have to wait at all upon arriving and it was a super quick process.

For men’s haircut, Hisa takes care and provides great insight into what haircut suits you the most as it grows and shapes around the head. Very good service.

Asked for a trim.and even after discussing for awhile how much to cut off.they still cut off way too much.they basically gave me a haircut and not just a trim.really disappointed.hair straightening was fine.
