Bing Lee Haymarket

Ordered a Miele vacuum machine on Bing Lee ebay on the Friday evening of Black Friday sales 2019. Selected click & collect on check out. The item was ready for collection by Saturday 2pm. Happy with the smooth checkout process and rapid turnaround time. Item was as described and will hopefully will last me a long time.

In store experience - Zero customer service and super slow at being attentive to their customers.

Their online store - takes 3 working days to arrange pick up at store. As compared to buying at “the good guys”, it takes less than 2 hours for in store pickup. Both at the same price, I think I can do the math.

The Cantonese speaking old guy was very rude and price was the worst you can get for all the Bing Lee shops (yes this is comparing to other Bing Lee shops, not all electronics shops)

Saw tv I am going to get on sale at good guys online asked for price match as Bing Lee Haymarket can walk to to collect.will be driving to The good guys alexandria to collect. Best prices or price matching i guess not anymore.just excuses

The best service and price that I've ever received from a store. If your shopping for any appliance call Bing Lee and ask for Bonnie. She was always honest with me and followed up everytime. I was in the market for new kitchen appliances, cook top, oven etc. I did all my purchases through her.

Got what I wanted. Great price. Very good service. Warranty etc explained. No pressure to take unneeded extra cover. No complaints, would return.

I bought Panasonic eneloop when 20%off, it's pretty cheap. Picked it up at Haymarket, nice staff. Easy done. Thanks Binglee.

Click and collect is great. I asked about after pay and they were dismissive and pretty much didn't even bother serving me. But bazing! When the after pay hit their account they were super friendly.

Order a Samsung T5 SSD Drive from the boxing day sales. I did a click and collect in the morning and it was available in less than an hour. Picked up my item very quickly and easily.

Very helpful Chinese lady from the counter helped me get what i needed from the store. Very friendly and made sure that i got all i need. Prolly best Bing lee service anywhere

Really happy. I ordered a fitbit online and collected it the next day. I accidentally ordered a large and they gladly swapped it for a small. Warm and friendly staff.

I got the death stare from one of the younger staff members for some unknown reason, was off-putting. The person who served me was abrupt and, frankly, rude as hell.

Variety: exceptional.
Value for money: amazing and affordable.
Atmosphere: not ideal.

I went in there merely to purchase some new headphones - quick and effortless. They made me feel as though I was a great inconvenience - not ideal at all.

To summarize, the variety and the pricing of the products was amazing and incredibly affordable - great value for money. The staff on the other hand need to lighten up a bit. I know it's Sydney CBD and everyone is in a rush, and are usually mindfulnessly rude but it's no excuse to take it out on your customers. Yes, working in retail isn't the best. But, if you behave like this then people will not return. There are many other stores in the city that people can go to.

Salesperson I spoke to last Thursday afternoon was disparaging and impatient when I was trying to decide on a major purchase. It was when I suddenly spoke to ask a question and the PA system at the same time made an announcement, that the salesperson rudely dismissed me and ridiculously blamed me for him not hearing the announcement. I left the store after that and purchased at JB Hi-fi instead.

EBay Pickup service poorly coordinated, was treated by two rude staffs in three encounters. Will NEVER return for the inconevenience and disrespect.

On my fourth encounter with an old man who seems like the manager; the rude staffs were timid like a mouse.

The issue was finally resolved but this extremely bad customer service needs a better monitoring system or a staff reevaluation.
