A few electrical and electronics goods can be found and just the price is on the high side. Can still see some new products.

My TV gave up the ghost on Friday night. On Saturday morning I ordered a new one online from Bing Lee Haymarket. About 10 minutes after placing the order it occurred to me to check my TV one more time. Sure enough, it started up fine. I phoned Bing Lee and they were immediately understanding and cancelled my order. The next day I had my refund.

I am so grateful. Thank you Bing Lee Haymarket, when my TV does finally give up I'll be buying my new television from you.

I used click and collect service and the person on duty at Haymarket was incredibly helpful. I was in the middle of a move and needed a vacuum ASAP because mine had suddenly broke. When I called he reassured me that the vacuum cleaner would be ready to go when I got there and it surely was. He was prompt and friendly. Thank you.

Excellent service. Bought a stick blender that stopped working after 4 months, brought it back to the shop and got a new replacement within minutes.

The front desk lady is super weird. Everytime I felt so uncomfortable as she always gave this weird smile when I checked out.

Don't trust the "in stock" status as store inventory is not linked! And then they try and upsell to a more expensive option!

Went here to buy a Tefal grill.the guy told me this was one in the store but the guy couldn't find the box.not a very organised staff.or store.went to JB hifi instead.easy.in and out in 10 mins.

Very bad service with a lady named Bonnie. She even don’t know how to respecting people at all. That is the worst experience I ever had.

On the 6th of April I ordered a printer online and payed $99, I still haven’t received that printer, I haven’t received a online receipt, I feel like Bing Lee has ripped me off, I feel like I’m never going to receive the printer I purchased online, I’m very upset, especially the times were living in and money is scarce at the moment and I could of spent that $99 somewhere else.

The woman on the phone said 1 second and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I rang again no answer. This is the worst customer service in this day and age. You just lost a customer who was about to buy 20k worth of products.

Small store but convenient location. Store is quite during Covid time. It should be 3 stars for the store itself but 5 stars for its staff.
I was served by Tzvika. The boy was really patient, polite and gave us good advice about products and warranty services. Hope to see him again next time.

I bought this product for only 14 days after that it not working so I went to contact the store and the store confirmed to pick up the new one within 4 days. I waited until 4 days without any contact from the shop so I called into the store and they said that I have to continue wait and I asked them to confirm how many days I have to wait? Because I don't want to wait my time without confirm due to I said to them I need to use this product as soon.the staff spoke every badly to me and said the product was no longer available.they don’t have this product in stroke (why they don't tell me at the first time if I didn't call to them, how low I have to wait?) I would like to tell about the experience that I bought the product at BING LEE shop, make me so disappointed because the service after sale was very badly. They will not care if your product has a problem. I will comments everywhere to notification

The only one electronic centre in Haymarket. When you purchased something, suggest you to check online price coz sometime online price is cheaper then the store inside. You can show them theower price. I was facing these case two times.

These guys are incredible. Really nice and extremely helpful. Purchased an LG 65 Inch TV and it was all presented and tested in front of me. The box was even rolled to the back delivery area so I could get it in an Uber better.
