Bing Lee Haymarket

I generally shop the Bing Lee ebay and use this store for click & collect. Orders are fulfilled promptly and, more often than not, will be ready for pickup on same day. Good customer service.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Bing Lee Haymarket. I purchased a Razer V3 Hyperspeed Basilisk mouse, which had persistent tracking issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, including tests across various devices, the problem persisted. The staff, particularly the younger man, initially seemed helpful. However, my interaction with the store manager, John, was extremely unpleasant. His aggressive and confrontational demeanour not only failed to resolve my issue but also left a negative impression on both myself and the younger staff members. Such behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Bing Lee's customer service standards.

Came to this branch to buy an item, the moment I told the guy what I want he says it's out of stock. But when I told him I checked online that it is in stock he went to get it from the back. Apparently he doesn't want to sell anything on his shift. Sunday 3pm with the older Asian male assistant.

Unhelpful staff. I purchased something online and received it from the Haymarket store. Wasn't cheap. They have a zero exchange policy. Absolutely zero.

If you wish to close early, adjust your business hours. If you say your trading hours is 10-6, customers would expect that you shut your door at 5: 55 not 5: 44.

My god! Terrible service. Don’t come here. Bought a washing machine, just delivery and don’t insert drain pipe, the men told us This is not his job. Very rush and rude. Don’t come this shop.

Usually very attentive staff but was there twice without any questions on if I needed assistance. Decided to buy via eBay and got a 20AUD discount. Picked up in store and was very happy with getting a better price and the man at the check counter was great.

KAREN ALERT. I found their front desk extremely RUDE. Walked in yesterday forgot to check in. The moment I step in The front desk lady just yelled at you screaming: have you checkin yet? “ the Checkin code is everywhere “! I’m not dead or whatsoever I mean. You can just tell me. I admit it was my fault.

But you don’t have to yell and uncomfortably stare at somebody with eyes wide open the entire time’ yes during the entire time I checked in and show vac certificate she just keep stare at you in a frantic way.

Seriously, Bing lee, I’m sure you can find some sane and sorted people. Stop hiring Karen! And perhaps pay your employee for some angry control lesson.

Was shopping 4 a specific antenna as an xmas gift, surfed net pre-show and it was in-stock which impressed me as I have had bad experiences with big companies websites having the magic words in-stock next to a product and an hour later it Wasn't! Only small store but very helpful staff!

I just went in today to exchange a Samsung phone I purchased. There was nothing wrong with the process even though it took almost 30mins for them to do. What I didn’t like was how the Chinese man there treated one of the staff. He was so rude to the staff with what he said and also his tone towards the staff. It was disgusting and honestly I hated witnessing that. Never coming back to this shop

Jimmy is amazing sales, he recommended a dryer for mother’s gift with his knowledge and explained why is it so good.
Also provided the best customer service, I called bing Lee one day after I purchased, Jimmy remembered my name straight away and help me solved the delivery problem immediately!
Amazing service in general!

Website said they had a USB hub in stock. When I arrived, they had one left and it was a returned item, and they were using it behind the desk

I buy all my electrical items from here. Bonnie always provides exceptional service along with all the other staff.

There two staff. I have been waiting long time at downstairs. The one with costume come down Antill they finished not look at me. I said I'm waiting.the staff (not Chnese) go upstairs ask other staff and he doesn't want talk to me. Mabe he thinks only he can speak English. How lucky he can speak not only he's own language. We are not lucky not get western into our country. This time the whole shop only costume is me. Is not reason not do they are job. I know why get complicated lot. They will losing business. I can go somewhere else.

This time it was only bags for our vacuum cleaner. But Bing Lee was by far cheaper than any other supplier (including Amazon) and had it in stock. Click and collect was a breeze. We'll done guys.
