I've purchased fridges, computers, stereos, phones, TV's from BENNETS green store over the years. Always helpful willing to negotiate for a better price if I could give these guys 6 stars I would.

All the staff are amazing including the gentleman in the warehouse. Service was efficient no BS. Straight to the chase. Just what we were after. Will definitely be shopping at Bing Lee again.

So we came back to bing Lee after checking prices, (bing Lee was the most competitive to say the least), to buy a new 58inch TV for hubby's bday, service yet again was impeccable and fast from service, sale to collection! Keep up the amazing work guys

Just go on the price and don’t get bamboozled by their special offers - you’ll need a corporate lawyer to figure them out. I had different stories from different sales people about my bonus offer but when I picked up the goods and handed over my money guess what? No bonus. I have bought lots of big items off these people but I think it’s time to go elsewhere.

Great service, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Had originally gone to another shop, HN, who had no idea what they were doing, ending up with a frustrated customer who went elsewhere with much better help making required purchase at Bing Lee.

Very well presented store with an excellent range of electronics and whitegoods. Very courteous and helpful staff to assist with your enquiry and purchases.

Ordered on click and collect, ready within an hour, great service and happy staff. They have afterpay also!

I couldn't thank enough Sir Andrew for helping me out choosing the best laptop for me and so as the urgency of having it. They have no stock at the store so he had to organize it with the other branch. He told me that he will going to ring me when everything sorted out and ready to order online so i can also pay it with Afterpay. He rung me the same day. After i did the purchase online, I picked up my laptop the next day.
I also like that i got bonus 365 office.

Purchased a Fitbit Charge 3 online through click and collect for my wife, was ready for pick up that day! Super easy and well communicated. Store staff were friendly and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service!

I bought what I was looking for but it was just lucky I knew what I was looking for.there was no information or suggestion given by the sales person. Initial contact with this person was frustrating also. Only went as I needed the item by the weekend and it was in stock

This place is such a hit and miss. The first time I was there was staff were not helpful or friendly and just fobbed me off. The second time I was there I had someone helpful and I ended up buying a TV. And am happy with my purchase.

I've had a mixed experience here. When I bought a microwave, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great price because of a sale. However when I bought a fridge from here, even though the salesman was friendly and helped us order it in, we didn't receive the fridge for well over a month. We had to constantly call to ask for updates and would only get vague replies. So maybe be wary of you have to order something in from these guys.

Good selection but prices not comparable to Harvey Norman next door. Staff could have better knowledge of phones and tablets.
