Great, friendly and efficient service. Ordered a stick vac online in the morning using ‘click and collect’- and received notification that it was ready to pick up by lunch time same day.

I realised I needed something quickly to help set up my home office so I jumped online and shopped at Bing Lee using Click and Collect today. The customer service was fantastic from the moment I placed my order to the time I picked it up. Very responsive and helpful. Staff were super friendly and made the process of my order fast and easy. I was greeted with a hello and I was approached for help right away also.
Although they didn't have the stock for the product I wanted, I still walked out with a similar one at a lower price.

Ordered online and drove there. Phoned the store and opened the boot. It was brought outside within a few minutes, I shut the boot and drove off. Easy and simple.

Good staff and great selection. But I had to go into the store for my click and collect item because nobody was answering the phones.

We bought a TV this week but unfortunately it was faulty. We called ahead to return the TV and the lovely lady on the front desk was pleasant and professional to deal with. When we arrived at the store we were greeted with friendly, professional and engaging staff. They were really busy but made time to help us choose a replacement for the faulty TV and never made us feel bad for the return as has been the case with other retailers previously. Thanks Bennett’s Green staff first a pleasant shopping experience, we’ll definitely return here for our next large purchase.

Great service. Was after highly in-demand tablet on special and on phoning them they have arranged for one from a store outside of Newcastle.
