If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful “customer service”. Had to return a damaged rangehood 4 times and every time they lied about the next one being damaged. No one there cares about anything, the staff complain about having to go the the warehouse, which is NEXT DOOR, right in front of customers, the assistant manager was extremely unhelpful and rude and the actual manager wasn’t even in store and wouldn’t return my calls. Horrific store and shocking customer service, wouldn’t buy a thing from the ever again.

Served a couple of times by Dylan. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. Would definitely recommend Bing Lee Bennetts Green.

I was not a big fan of Bing Lee some time ago, however I think they have made some changes achieving an edge over there competitors. There are shops and shops.

So far I had a flawless online click and collect experience with Bing Lee Bennetts Green.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and immediately assisted by a young man who took care of the click and collect order.

Making my way through the store having a browse I was asked ever so politely entering each department if I needed assistance.

I give Bing Lee Bennetts Green a 110% so far, excellent staff, excellent store, excellent service and some of the best prices found anywhere which was very surprising.

THANKYOU Brent and the Customer Service desk for helping me today! Your after-sales service was absolutely unreal. I am very grateful. Thanks again.

Best service and best price for my most recent computer purchase, than all the other 'big gun' retailers in NSW.

Bought a dryer for my dad, over the phone with Tim. He organised delivery and installation within 60 seconds and sent a payment link email, all within our relatively short phone call.
The actual delivery guys were very prompt and professional and even installed an extra bracing board on the wall, so the dryer would hang in the exact right spot.

That was a service that I thought went above and beyond my expectations.
Great work from a great store.

Poor service. I wanted to Purchase a pair of TV headphones and I was standing there for 30 minutes. Know one approached me and there was a woman sitting in her chair at the counter and there was no attempt to help me. I won’t be coming back I’d rather keep my money.

I have been to Bing Lee to buy a new Mitsubishi Refrigerator and a Falcon Induction stove as well as a Miele dishwasher.
The service from the manager and Clay was amazing.
We needed a new Sony Bravia 85 inch TV and Clay remembered what we had purchased and couldn’t do enough for us.
We went back there for the tv because the service was so good before.
We have had the same delivery drivers on three occasions and they were amazing.
Paul Nicholas and Declan Gray were the names of the guys.
We will always go to Bing Lee at Bennett’s Green whilst they have sales assistants like Clay.
They kept us up to date with the delivery process and price matched everything.

Went into buy a dehumidifier. They sales woman couldn't really be bothered with us at all. There was no one else in store. Seemed like it was inconvenient that we were there to begin with. Took us over to show us the dehumidifiers and pretty much said this is what we have in stock all the buttons are on the top and you get the manual with it. That was all the detail she went into about it. We walked out and went to another store because of this.

Awesome service. I am particularly disabled and find mobility a challenge, but Leah couldn't do enough to help me. Highly recommend Bing Lee Bennett's Green. Thanks for your help.

My experience trying to get a refund for a faulty computer was not easy like they claim on their website.
Their policy for deflecting you to the manufacturer is against Australian consumer law.
But for some reason they believe their return policy outweighs that. I have been told I have to wait 4 weeks for them to confirm what I am telling them is a faulty computer before they will try and argue me out of a refund and into a replacement.
Save yourself a hassle and go with JB Hi-Fi. At least JB abide by Australian consumer law unlike Lionel and Lendal

Always helpful and friendly with competitive pricing. I have recently purchased via click and collect and this has proven to be smooth and reliable. As an added bonus I can collect QANTAS flyer points by purchasing online. Thanks Bing Lee Bennetts Green.

Customer service with awesome, staff member had full knowledge of what I was looking for. So did not apply any pressure to buy which is what I liked. I would recommend

The staff for pick up were friendly - the experience of order an item in was a little weird though. They were great in telling me they could order in and sent a payment link but then didn't send any confirmation that payment received, and did not tell me when the item was in. Were not great on that communication aspect, though at least relative quick to confirm when I reached out that the item was already there and phone operator was great when I called to check pick up details.

Really well stocked store and friendly, helpful staff. Don’t get the hard sell which is pleasant as well.

Excellent service, got a great discount on the fridge we needed, free delivery and removal of old fridge. Even got a $250 cash back from Bing Lee! Highly recommended. Love the fridge too!
