Love this place. Always great service and friendly staff. I have been looking for a couple of mths for a simple hi fi system that doesnt cost an arm and leg. Because of covid, no one had anything when i looked. Today i was told by Paul they had a panasonic that just arrived. I couldnt get there quick enough. This shop has so many electrical products of great quality and heaps of room to move around. Covid friendly. Xx

Matt and Ross were fantastic with lots of information, went out of there way to help me.
Matt even retrieved something from his home to help me out.
Gave me a further discount because I bought quite a few big item's.
The info Ross gave me because of my hearing problems was money saving. I didn't waste it on a sound bar and bought what he suggested that was better and cheaper.

Had problems with a coffee maker, replace with a similar product cheerfully without any issues.

Bing Lee is a great shop. The staff are very helpful and polite, they go out of their way to help you. Very happy with Bing Lee.

What wonderful service I received from Bing Lee Taree! After looking EVERYWHERE for a new genuine cover for my Samsung S8 phone, Bing Lee Taree not only allowed me to pay for it over the phone but also posted it to me. Excellent and quick too as I live well over a 100km's from the store and am in isolation! Win! Win!

Walked around the store looking for something and had 5 individual staff members walk straight past us and did not greet or acknowledge us. Two of those staff members walked past twice. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves about what they were going to do on the weekend.

Here's the thing. My TV literally blew up right before Christmas. Short of money, not a problem - I have 'after pay'. Ahh no. Bing Lee is apparently the only major retailer to offer this option. I often stay in Taree, so I was happy to give them my business. Ordered online for pick up in store. Arrived three days later as I am basically an 'out of towner' - notwithstanding staff from the Front Desk to the collection point were friendly, helpful and efficient. I will plan and use this system again as required to replace items. Happy customer.

Great customer service. Didn't offer extended warranty until I asked lol. Good product knowledge.

Too many broken products. They make you take there broken products back to there store. They should compensate you for feul and time it takes to take their faulty products back to them

Really good service from the two men who helped us out with what we were looking for on the day. Will definitely go back if we need anything else.

A few weeks ago I entered the store looking for a printer and a monitor, during that period most of the staff seemed to be conducting themselves quite unprofessionaly, I was dissapointed with the service.

However, today when I entered the store staff were very professional and welcoming, the representative I spoke to knew his areas very well in relation to all of the devices I spoke to him about, and reception staff were also very kind and professional. I got my new product happily and without issue, I'll definitely return to Bing Lee if I'm searching for devices.

I requested to speak to the manager after confrontation with the girl at the front desk. Her staring at me was making me uncomfortable. I was shocked to hear that Mr Lee wasn't in, the "manager" advised that the girl was "only doing her job". I decided to buy the milkshake maker off their website instead.
