If I could give no stars, that’s what my choice would be. I was quoted to fix a tv $480, I found out the part was only $20 and I fixed it myself, with no experience needed in electrical. This place is a circus in my eyes…

Staff weren’t helpful and quite rude. Was looking for a cheap laptop to JUST monitor our solar batteries as our Mac isn’t compatible with the battery program and was laughed at for having a budget of $400. All I needed was a cheap laptop that ran windows not one with all the bells and whistles. Went to office works and got one for $300 and works perfectly. At least they didn’t laugh.

Salesman was very helpful today regarding my aerial connection very helpful knew was he was talking about. Came home and fixed my problem on his advice

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered a fridge on line - site said it was in stock. Yeah maybe in another dimension. Wait 5 days for a refund - absolutely terrible.

Big Lee Taree were great during the covid lockdown. I ordered a click and collect washing machine on-line. The staff were very helpful; they called to let me know where to park to load the washer. They helped me load it and were very friendly. Very good service.

A very good experience with click and collect for my new tv. I ordered early in the morning, had a phone call from the staff at Bing Lee Taree, and picked up when I was ready.

Purchased a Fridge at Taree Bing Lee. When we went to read the manual it is all in Arabic no English instructions at all. So went back to the shop and asked Salesperson Patrick if we could have a manual from the floor model he said no but would print one out so I agreed. He then asked for my email address and would send me a pdf. I said I could have done that myself and saved myself returning to the shop whats more I shouldn't have to print out a 32 page document. To which he told me to chill out and not to be rude. I told him I was not being rude. So much for shopping local, will never shop at Bing Lee Taree again and will buy online like every body else
