Another example of Bing Lee egregious customer Service.
I placed a '1-Hr Click-n-Collect' order online yesterday at lunchtime. Still waiting the following day, I contacted the Customer Support Team who were totally unhelpful and overtly obstructive in resolving the issue. They stated that I need to contact the store and resolve the matter; so what does the customer support team do? So I've had to initiate a claim through PayPal because Bing Lee Taree are unable to fulfil their companies commitment or simply don't have the stock the are supposed to, and Bing Lee customer support team couldn't care less. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM BING LEE OR THEIR TAREE STORE!

Always so helpful every time I'm in there. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to not pushy and the store is always super clean. Keep doing what you do.it works, we won't shop anywhere else.

Lovely to walk into an electrical store and get the service we received. We don’t have these doors in Victoria maybe we should.

We buy all our big appliances from Bing Lee Taree. Their delivery service, the staff are all very helpful and go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Karen the lovely sales lady got it right with a dehumidifier and was well experienced with information and willing to go the extra length to be sure of her advice by looking up the information. Great friendly customer service. Reasonable in price.

Great sales experience by Ross at Taree Bing Lee when buying my new TV but the after sales / delivery experience is woeful. As I live on my own and don't have anyone close by to help lift and set the TV into place I expressed I needed the TV to be setup on my TV cabinet on delivery. I was assured this could be done. On arrival the delivery guys were adamant they were not allowed to do this and reluctant to remove the existing TV which I insisted they do as agreed with Ross. To ensure a better sales experience it would be best for Bing Lee sake to provide just this basic set up service for older people who are on their own or be a bit more upfront when buying products of this nature. At the moment I'm not feeling very happy with the overall service. Ross would get 5 stars but the overall experience warrants only 3 at best.

I am so pleased that Dave has returned to Bing Lee in Taree after a few years of absence. My wife and I have bought so much from Bing Lee in Taree over the years but the main reason for doing so is because of the care and attention, as well as the outstanding product knowledge, shown by Dave. He really is just so helpful. I am unsure what position he holds in this store but, he would be an excellent role model for all of the staff. Hopefully, he is in some managerial position. If not, he certainly deserves to be.
This store is to be very highly recommended. Even though we live in Diamond Beach, where Forster is a little closer for us, we always shop nowhere else.

Purchased a dishwasher Instore. They didn’t have the one I wanted on display. A staff member called Karen approached and asked what I was after. Looked up a catalogue for me and ordered it in for me.
She rang me when it arrived In store and rang again on the delivery day with an approximate time

David was extremely helpful in my recent purchase of a TV! On the other hand I required help in connecting a sound bar, I spoke with a lady who pointed me in the direction of an expert, Kieron, I told him what my problem was and his reply was “ I have no idea you will need to phone the Manufacturer “ and then carried on doing whatever he was doing. The 3 stars are for David, Kieron gets a zero and the possibility that I spelt his name wrong doesn’t even get an apology!

We had our new fridge delivered today, what a great couple of guys, well done, courteous, on time, great communication. All in all a great experience. We'll use you again. Thankyou
