Besafe Property Inspections

As a first home buyer and not a builder and not remotely connected to anyone in the trade, you want proper guidance and heavily rely on building inspections to make an informed decision. The report from be safe is inadequate and most of the items they have addressed is a to do list I. E.x needs to be inspected further etc. From a building inspector I expect a full and Complete report, addressing all existing building issues. If a test needs to be done then they need to do it and report. Everything needs to be factored in and advise given accordingly. The Inspection appears to be purely visual, which I can also see. I would like to know what I 'don't' see.

Needless to say, nil return phone call once I raised this issue.

Find an inspector whose reports are Comprehensive and have done or is willing to do all tests rather than more than half the report showing to be done things and disclaimers.

Fadi was fantastic and conducted a very thorough inspection. He then walked me through the house and showed me all the pertinent defects and issues that he found and how they should be rectified. He was very knowledgeable and was able to easily answer all my questions and his detailed report was emailed within 24 hours. I would therefore happily recommend his service and use it again in the future.

We were skeptical at first that we had been recommended an inspector that would provide a report suiting the vendors but his report was honest and thorough and let us know about all the defects of the property. He was happy to talk through any questions we had which made us feel much more comfortable about what we were reading. They were prompt and organised.

From coordinating the inspection to the quality of the report and everything in between was nothing short of impeccable. If I'm ever in the fortunate position to purchase a house again I would only ever go to Besafe for the building and pest inspection. Highly recommended.
