Definitely recommend this prompt, thorough and friendly service.
After leaving a message out of hours that I was interested in using BeSafe due to the fantastic reviews online I was contacted very promptly by (if I remember correctly. Lidia) who was very friendly and explained how to process works and how quickly this could be done. She organised this so quickly for me as I was in a time crunch.
Fadi, the inspector came even a little early, checking exteriors. He is a lovely person who did a very thoroughly building inspection checking every details of the house. Even our realtor was surprised at how thorough he was. He was very patient with us as we asked many questions however he was very happy taking his time explaining everything we needed and giving useful recommendation for other items. Very professional, friendly, prompt. I definitely recommend Besafe building and pest inspections.

The building and pest report was very detailed with images and was delivered really quickly.

My only regret was not getting them before we settled. The inspector was able to identify all major defects and offer sound advice for how to remedy them.

Lovely to deal with. After my initial inquiry, where it was a couple of days until they could fit my in, Lydia range back about 15 mins later as they had a cancellation. The inspection was very thorough and Fadi rang to explain his findings and recommendations. Very good value for money.

Recently I had engaged Besafe property Inspections to conduct a strata report and Building Inspection report. The first point of contact was Lidia, she was very friendly and efficient with her follow up and thoroughly explained to me the inspection process and the cost involved.

Fadi (Building Inspector) was really patient in explaining to me the details of the findings. He was clear and methodical in his explanation which also put me at ease.

Chris (Strata Report Inspector) was great over the phone in explaining to me the findings in the figures. If anything I wasn't sure about he was always happy to explain about the potential implications of the findings.

Tony helped us bring our Pool Fencing up to compliance. We had multiple tiered levels making the fencing heights and clearance requirements complex. Tony came out multiple times and gave us options and clear instruction on how to fence off non compliant zones and ensure our Pool was comprehensively meeting current safety legislation. He also was able to make time for us 2 weeks before Christmas which was much appreciated.

Very happy with the service provided, excellent communication. First time experiencing this procedure and was very accomodating. Fantastic communication on defects and potential defects to prepare us.

The inspector did a very thoroughly building inspection checking every details of the house. The building and pest report was delivered really quickly and was detailed with each item listed accompanied by pictures. I rang Lidia from Besafe inspections for some advice before finalising a contract to purchase a property as I had a few building compliance concerns. I was very impressed that the inspector called me back to have a chat with me before he knew he even had my business. Turns out there were in fact a few building non compliance's and without the advice I was given and the thorough pre-purchase inspection, I wouldn't have been in the position to get any of the issues fixed before purchasing the property and be quite a bit out of pocket! Was the best decision to use Besafe Building Inspections and as I result I have already recommended them to 2 other prospective clients.

From the initial phone conversation, through to receiving our final report, the service from both Lydia and Fadi was beyond excellent! Buying a house is stressful, however both Lydia (who organised everything) and Fadi (would conducted the inspection with us present), took the stress out of everything. They were clear, concise, took time to explain everything and left us with a sense of confidence in putting an offer forward. As such, I will use Besafe for all property inspections!
