Besafe Property Inspections

Thank you to Besafe for the recent brilliant service provided. My experience was nothing but positive from start to finish. From the first point of call, being Hana over the phone, to the timely manner in which the job was completed by Fadi, I was very impressed. The report was emailed through promptly and presented in an exceptionally thorough manner. Please don't hesitate to use them when you need a building/pest inspection done. The service I received from Besafe Property Inspections was exceptional! Both inspectors Ryan (Strata) and Fadi (Building) were faultless in the service they provided me. Both extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Ryan provided me with a verbal report straight after reviewing the strata records as I needed to know whether or not I should proceed with a building inspection. A comprehensive report followed shortly after.

I had the pleasure of meeting Fadi onsite for the building inspection. Great inspector with a wealth of knowledge. He was able to answer all my questions and was quick to point out defects that enabled me to make an informed decision.

Fadi was recommended by our conveyancer, as soon as I spoke with him the, I felt it was the right choice to call him as he was professional and patient to answer all my questions. I explained my situation and concerns and he responded very positively and friendly. I was in a big rush to get the building report the same day and he tried very hard to move around jobs to get it done on time. The inspector George was very helpful and patient to explain to me what he found and he spent a lot of extra time to answer my questions. He returned my call even after business hours promptly. Fadi has always responded to my queries promptly and efficiently helping me find solutions and giving me useful advice. Dealing with ‘Be Safe’ has been a pleasure and mostly importantly they have excellent, tailored and professional customer service. I highly recommend them.

Hana at Besafe was so delightful to deal with. She very efficiently arranged a last minute pre-purchase building inspection for me and was so thorough and diligent in ensuring that my concerns would be covered off in the report. She then put me in touch with Fadi, the Building Inspector, who prepared a very detailed and comprehensive report (also delivered in a very short turn around time). Fadi was also very helpful and attentive in responding to some further queries I had arising from that report.

The structural engineer Fadi was extremely helpful by giving me professional advice re some systemic defects during my cooling off period for the purchase of an apartment in Eastwood. It saves me from going into a disastrous investment with legal implications

Fadi saved me thousands, and put my mind at ease about several defects and quality issues with my off-plan property. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

So I paid my money to download a report. It wouldn't download. Rang the number on the email, no answer, left voicemail - no response, also emailed the info email address twice - no response, rang the office number - no answer, no voicemail facility, it was out of hours.

Eventually got a phone call from the receptionist, I asked where my report was which seemed to confuse her! Phone had no outcome.

I posted my review, A few hours later got a email with report attached! A bit later got a phone call from the head of this outfit. He seemed to struggle the the fact that I couldn't download the report, he struggled with the fact that I had left emails and voicemails to try a get what I had paid for!

Anyway, the phone call degenerated, his tone was very poor and it was insinuated that I was making it all up. At this point I used some choice words to the ring piece to this manager of besafe and hung up.

Added post response 3rd October: first call I made was at 16: 11 on Monday? I guess out of hours. And when I buy something I expect it to be delivered when the money leaves my bank account. Your lack of response to emails, voice mails, your tone in the subsequent conversation were quite poor. When people talk to me with the tone you adopted I decided hang up as I don't have to put up with such behaviour.

Got a very apologetic phone call from the office manager. She seemed very nice and wanted to sort out the mess. Explained that she was on holiday and it was a small company.

Fadi was so professional, efficient and careful completing the inspection and the report, and clearly communicated his findings verbally and in writing. Lidia in admin was similarly efficient, fast and just as friendly. We wanted to provide the pest and building report to people viewing our property in Marrickville which is currently for sale as a sign of transparency, so went with a friend's recommendation to use Besafe Property Inspections, and we can now confidently second that recommendation.

I dealt with Lidia over the phone who couldn’t of been more helpful. She got my inspection arranged extremely quickly with no fuss and when Fadi arrived he was professional and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys!

Pest & Building Inspection
Fadi from Besafe Property Inspections is a pleasure to deal with. He turned up on time and spent over 2.5 hours inspecting the property I eventually purchased at auction. Besafe is very thorough with their inspections and provide a comprehensive 71 page report. I had the confidence the bid at auction because Fadi explained every issue and even gave me an idea around the cost of renovations. I highly recommend BeSafe as they are incredibly professional.

I would not hesitate in recommending Besafe Property Inspections. Fadi did my original building and pest inspection and as I live in an old house there were a range of problems identified, not least of which was my roof. Fadi kindly discussed these issues with me and gave me practical advice about what needed to be done. After I got my roof replaced I asked Fadi to return and check the work had been completed to an acceptable standard. Fadi did so and found a number of issues which I was able to have resolved by the roofing company before I made the final payment. Lidia who runs the administrative side of Besafe is also really helpful, pleasant and responsive. I've already recommended Besafe to some friends, who were also pleased with their work.

Could not recommend this team enough. We've used them a couple of times now but most recently we were running tight on time and needed an inspection report for a property we loved. Lidia went above and beyond to make this happen, even got Fadi the assessor to give me a call with a verbal update. Thanks again for your support team!
