I highly recommend Ted Pye to sell your property! I was so impressed by Ted’s market knowledge and honesty in my first phone call with him. He then went above and beyond to quickly get my property on the market as promised. He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and put my mind at ease through a transaction which could have been very stressful. The way Ted handled the sale meant I was able to get a price I was happy with before auction. It was a brilliant sales experience thanks to Ted and his niche market experience!

I am a landlord and was advised by friends to lease my property through Belle at Surry Hills. I dealt with Danielle Prichard who is the Business Development Manager. Danielle was professional at all times and constantly kept me updated on every little detail. Danielle exceeded my expectations with regards to a recommend return! I would highly recommend Belle Property.

Con provided exceptional service and knowledge of the market from the first day I met him, and was able to secure a good price for my property just as the COVID lockdown was beginning and other similar properties were not selling. I was so impressed with his professionalism and determination to get a great deal for me. We had been in contact for about a year prior while I was making up my mind to sell, and at no point did I feel pushed or rushed. Con is fantastic & I highly recommend him.

I’ve been a landlord with Belle and also a tenant. My experience with this agent and the owner Mark Foy have been extremely disappointing.

As a landlord my property was listed with them for close to 3 months and failed to find me tenants which was a financial burden. When questioned, I was always given a very vague answer so I decided to list it with Ray White and within 2 weeks, I had tenants.

Long story short, all makes sense to me now.a couple of weeks ago I applied to lease a unit listed with these clowns. I made an offer, filled the application and was ready to move in within days.

I chased the agent that is managing the property numerous times as I was ready to sign the lease, pay bond and move in. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back. I then receive an email a few days ago stating the price has now dropped if I was still interested.
You fools! If you had of done the right thing by the landlord and negotiated with me when I initially applied, the property would have been leased now and the landlord would not be out of pocket.

I decided to call the owner of Belle in Surry Hills (Mark Foy) to do the right thing by him and his business by giving him the heads up as I know it’s not only costing him money but the landlord also. However, he shut me down abruptly as he was not open to any feedback and was extremely defensive.

All I can say is that my heart goes out to the landlord for having listed with these guys who clearly don’t care. However, it now makes sense to me why my property wasn’t leased and sat there vacant for 3 months.

I can only share my negative experience with you on 3 counts with these guys and it’s up to you to do your research and asking the right questions before listing with these guys.

I welcome anyone from Belle to respond to this message and declare it’s a misunderstanding or try and cover your wrong doing. I will pull out receipts, emails and messages proving that regardless of your response I have proof that you don’t always act in the best interest of your clients.

Yes I am remaining anon for personal reasons, however, rest assured that I have been your client as a landlord and more recently as a prospective tenant. So let’s just leave it here as now I know to avoid you and your agent at all cost.

The property in question is unfortunately still up for lease and sad to see it has been reduced yet again for the third time. If your staff had done the right thing by the landlord and followed up, not only would I have been living there for almost a month now, but the landlord would have also received an extra $50 a week before the third reduction. So basically you’ve cost this poor individual $2000 In loss of rent as the property has now been vacant for a month. Great job guys

I had worst experience with this real estate office.

I had issues with my new place, I leave them message multiple times and call them. They just keep saying that we need to wait.there is zero effort to fix the problem, find out that 5days after we report the issue, our property manager didn't even looked up our report ha-ha.
How bad is it?

10/10 service. Ryan Neil leased our house in Surry Hills on our behalf. He kept us updated every step of the way resulting in a great outcome.

You cannot trust these people. Not sure if I'm able to name names here, so I won't.
We bought a property advertised by Belle Property Surry Hills and had the most incredibly bad service. I know the seller's agent isn't our agent nor our friend, but this agent was deceptive and slimy with nearly every interaction.
From minor details to major gaffs, this agent and his agency refused to take any responsibility and showed why real estate agents will become a relic of the past. The public is tired of greed and deceptive practises.

Excellent streamlined management of our property. Ryan is an excellent communicator and achieved a great result for our property. He makes everything easy for the owner.

Left a property with an offer to pay for cleaning. Provided a quote for $300, which was accepted. Then Belle put it through another cleaning company and charged us an incremental $150. Service was prompt during tenancy but like so many others ultimately can’t be trusted. Very disappointed.

Joseph was incredibly efficient in getting my investment leased out. Joseph constantly kept me updated and recommended tenants that he deemed reliable. He negotiated the right rent and ensured that the property did not sit vacant - I am so over the moon with the outcome. I highly recommend Joseph to any Landlord looking to lease out their investment and definitely will be using Joseph for future property purchases. Thank you for your outstanding efforts, it is greatly appreciated!

Today I took some time off from work to have inspection and I had no chance because of the unprofessional behavior of the agent Joseph who refused to open the door to me even though he played the intercom repeatedly for more than 5 minutes and when I finally get into the building thought to the unit 16. Who opened the door for courtesy, I found the agent in the elevator who told me: I didn't open it because I was closing.after explaining him that even the previous couple helped me to ring he answered I have no time and he run away.
Really disappointed about this kind of service.

Con Fotaras sold my apartment in Beaconsfield in late 2018 and he did a fantastic job. He explained the process clearly, answered all my questions and made the process easy, recommending a solicitor I could work with. He had a very good knowledge of the area and provided realistic advice about the price we were likely to achieve and the market. Con was in regular contact, providing updates regarding interested parties so I always felt like I was in the loop and knew what was happening. I also had tenants living in the property at the time and Con went above and beyond to manage the relationship and ensure the sale campaign ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Con!

Mark just sold my property at a price the exceeded my expectation.
