We've sold many properties over the years and have often struggled to find a good balance between an ethical, respectful agent along with the ability to negotiate hard to get the best outcome for the vendor. James is an area specialist and we found him to be very knowledgeable about comparable sales, the building we sold in, and all the strata history. Using this knowledge was able to reassure buyers, justify outgoings get the deal done. James was accurate in his assessment of the value of our property from the start and was consistent throughout the campaign, while often agents estimate one price and then another once you've signed. James was very respectful of my ageing mother living in the unit and instilled confidence from start to finish.
