I have followed Belle property Surry Hills for a long time as they stand out from their opposition in the area. I met Ted at a few opens and entrusted him to sell my property as he carries himself really well. Same as every other rental business. Staff that don’t reply. Staff that say ‘yes tell me the maintenance issue’ while they’re doing the routine inspection — then the issue just never gets fixed or mentioned again.

Staff make out maintenance people are coming over when it’s really the landlord coming with the maintenance person. Just tell us the owner wants to visit instead of being deceptive.

The only people who do a good job are the ones that make money from you — people leasing out a rental, or an agent wanting you to sell your house with them. Ironically these issues above cost you more money because tenants get over it and move out and then the landlord gets over tenants changing all the time and leaves you.

Helpful & great communication

Working with Leon through the process of buying my first home made the experience clearer and slightly less stressful than it otherwise could have been. From the initial viewing of the apartment, through negotiations with the seller and to exchange of contracts, I found Leon very amicable, helpful, knowledgeable about the property and local market. Buying property in Sydney is always going to be a challenge no matter which agency you go for.
