I recommend this company for both seller and buyer. It streamlines the process so that the buyer will purchase only when he or she decides to buy. And is you sell, then the reports will be bought. I was impressed with the process

Terrible experience as a buyer. They bill your credit card when and how they wish, and once they have your details they will ring you constantly to try and upsell their associated property/moving related businesses. Personally I would think twice about purchasing from a vendor that uses their service.

Appalling. BUY AN INDEPENDENT REPORT! The inspector they used failed to identify the termite station in the courtyard and the fact that 3 of the external doors don't seal. As the work is subcontracted BeforeYouBid took NO responsibility for the report. An absolute waste of time and money. DON'T BOTHER with these cowboys.
