Bay Building took over my parents insurance claim from another insurance builder after they had many issues. I had the pleasure of dealing with the State Manager who walked us through the process and got a great result upon completion.

If only I could give zero stars...

Bay building have been an overwhelming and major disappointment in their handling of our storm related repair.

Initially they did not keep a prearranged appointment to inspect our property, that should have been the first red flag, and then continually do not respond to calls after leaving numerous messages whilst we live in a storm affected property. You just cannot get any type of answer on where the matter is at as they just don’t communicate! Frustration beyond belief with this company.

Not a good experience at all sadly…. Give them a wide birth if possible.

Very little was done in 11 months after storm damage to my mum’s house. What was done was so dodgy it is now being replaced by new builder. Never use this company their work is inferior, they are rude and arrogant and unprofessional.

They were recommended to us by NRMA as their preferred builder and assessor. After waiting 4 weeks we finally got a date when they would come and assess our flooded home due to the recent storms.
After being told that their representative / assessor would inspect between 12 noon and 4pm.sadly no one showed and we didn't receive any communication.
We have been trying to call them and have been on their automated phone system for 45 min.just beggars belief.
Given our unfortunate experience with this company we would not recommend them on any level.

Incompetence of these trades people costed me days of no air condition. They punched a hole in my air con and left without disclosing it. They are dishonest and irresponsible.
