Super friendly and professional staff. Starting seeing Dr Kara Hayes for pregnancy related problems and she has helped beyond what I expected. Would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants to see a chiropractor for a healthier and happier pregnancy!

I have been seeing Dr Kara and the team for the last few months and have been very happy with the results that we achieved. I initially went in to treat some reoccurring neck pain and some pain from running which was impacting my ability to run more frequently, faster and the distance.

I would recommend Balanced for life to anyone who is suffering from pain or reoccurring injuries as they use a variety of treatments to try and achieve a good outcome. In my instance there was a combination of chiropractic, MLS laser and a pressure point technique which was like magic. I have been able to progressively achieve better results in running and my neck pain subsided very early on as I continued treatments proactively for my running. I’ve never been treated by a chiropractor before and I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. This resulted in a lot of terrible neck and back pain. I’ve been getting treatment from Dr Lindy and her team the last few months. Dr Lindy makes me feel comfortable, also, educates me about my body.
