Dr Kara was recommended to me by a friend who saw her while she was pregnant. I started my sessions early on in my second pregnancy to help with pelvic pain and sore neck/shoulders. I couldn't believe the difference I felt just after my first session. I saw Kara regularly right up until I was due and I can't thank her enough for allowing me to feel so pain free throughout my entire pregnancy. Highly recommend for any pregnant ladies experiencing any pain or discomfort in their bodies!

I visited Balanced for Life with a very bad neck posture and shoulder issues. Dr. Lindy and Dr. Kara are awesome chiropractors. They did a complete assessment of my posture and gave me a great plan on how to work this out. I am currently with them for few weeks now and already feeling great with my posture and neck issues. I would definitely recommend them for anyone having such issues.

So glad I found this place during my pregnancy as there was no way I could enjoy being pregnant if it weren't for Dr Kara!

Prior to coming in, I couldn't even be on my feet at work for a few hours without being in pain and was pretty hesitant about chiropractic work during pregnancy (which is really when your body needs it the most, I would say!)

Now that I'm at the end of my pregnancy, I actually never envisioned myself being as active as I have been. I can go for long walks, be on my feet for hours, get our home ready for Bubba, and just enjoy everyday being pregnant, all thanks to Dr Kara.

Visiting Balanced for life and being treated by Dr Kara Hayes has been amazing during my pregnancy and in particular during lockdown. My pregnancy induced sciatica has greatly improved thus improving my pregnancy experience. It was also lovely to see Dr Kara, at times weekly who is extremely friendly and helpful. The practice is a lovely and calm environment.

Dr. Lindy and Pavle are so warm, generous and knowledgeable. After 3 years of daily pain and trying multiple therapies with very little result, I had lost hope until I met Lindy. She has been dedicated to helping find the root cause of my problems and not just masking the symptoms. I am more than grateful to this beautiful duo for helping me through my healing journey and actually listening to my needs. They have allowed me the space to cry and have made me feel truly heard. What's not to like about Balanced For Life? From your first step through the door, there is always a cheerful happy face (behind a mask) you can't ignore! Exceptional service! I had initial concerns about attending chiro especially being pregnant, however, the relaxing atmosphere and Dr Kara put my mind at ease. She is very thorough throughout treatment and keeps you well informed as to what she's doing, her recommendations and why. It's very reassuring and empowering. Chiro with Dr Kara has helped me with so much more than I thought it would!

I'd highly recommend Balanced For Life to anyone experiencing pain or discomfort and especially to all the pregnant mamas!  I approached Dr Kara for help as I'd been experiencing so much pain at 35 weeks. After much analysis and a 4 week tailored treatment plan specific to my needs and goals, I am the most pain free and mobile I've been all pregnancy. See you at 6 weeks post partum!

I have been seeing Dr Lindy since February 2021. I love that they always have a plan to help you with your back pain so you can see your progress. They also prescribe exercises that you can do at home to help to strethen your body. Highly recommended!

Dr Lindy is amazing! I wish I had booked in years ago!
