I don't normally like to review my experience based on a one time visit so I waited. I have been to this store now about 4 times, and can honestly say that the service is consistently very good. Simon was very patient with me in selecting the correct oil for my motorbike to the extent of researching my concerns on the spot. These guys go to the extra effort to supply the right product instead of selling me something just for the sake if it. I will be back for sure. Thanks team Auto One.

Had a dash cam fitted. Very happy with install and great to see questions asked about what I wanted and not just assumed. The level of knowledge was a welcome change. The friendly staff were all great.

These guys are just excellent. It took two visits to the store to get the right solution but they're such a determined lot, they weren't going to let anything beat them. The problem - finding the correct single, rear window, wiper insert! They must've spent a combined 40 minutes of their time on this. Unbelievable.

The store staffs are so helpful and excellent service. I highly recommend this store for your requirements.
