More concerned about us getting what we needed for an outback trip than putting dollars in his till.
It was late Saturday afternoon when the helpful sales assistant told us we needed to talk to Simon about recovery gear.
Simon put down his lunch to help us get clear about what would be essential for two relative novices on their outback trip.
He took the time ti envisage our limits and steered us toward just what we needed. No more, and definitely less than we were willing to buy.
He never got back to his sandwich because he was so genuinely interested in us finding what we needed and putting back what we didn’t.
He encouraged us not to buy some of his great off road stuff, (after spending an hour telling us how it can be used and when it would be necessary) and instead, encouraged us to research a little more first so that we get only what we need.
It was well after closing time that we left him to hopefully get home to more than a cold sandwich that was still at the checkout.
We now feel confident that we will have what we need, and that we can return for expert advice from a store that wants a very fair deal all round.

Auto One Castle Hill installed a Dashcam and a UHF Radio in my car. They were absolutely fantastic. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommendable!

Had a really good visit yesterday. Nathan is on top of his game with customer service. Had a battery change done, which is fairly straightforward but Nathan added the "must visit again" factor to it. 5-stars for you mate.

Went in today 01/10 around 1030am to buy some wipers. Sales guy was excellent. Customer service was the best. Helped me work out which wipers to get and then installed them for me on the spot. I was in and out 5 mins. Had similar service on previous visits. Don't go to supercheap or the grumpy guy at Repco. Go to AO.

There is one thing that Auto One Castle Hill has that none of the other auto parts retailers have.that is a brand image. Their excellent and professional service is what sets them apart as their "point-of-difference". Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great work from the Auto One Castle Hill team.

Staff were awesome. My wipers broke on my drive home.got there 5 minutes before closing and they helped me, including changing the blades for me. Great service.
