Went in to the shop today and spoke to Karl. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Very efficient as kept my visit short and sweet. Would highly recommend!

To the nice gentleman man Carl! Who served me this afternoon 23/4/20 absolutely best service I’ve ever had I was after some wheel nuts for my car. His expertise & knowledge was spot on and even mentioned the current ones I got supplied from Jax tyres was too dangerous. He took his time to help me out and research to find the best ones for my car. He even wrote the part numbers down on a card that I needed absolute legend.

Passing through the area and stopped by to fix the headlight situation on a mate's Evo 6. Blake was great help and helped assess the wiring and adaptor setup that was used on the aftermarket headlights to return to the OEM setup. Also etup us up with an account and we were off with to the correct parts and great pricing.

Not too bad, they have come through with the goods on several occasions when the other stores didn't stock the stuff I wanted, would be good to see more performance, hotrod, custom, muscle, drag racing, classic gear ofcourse but they have still got a better than average range of bits needed and saved the day a few times when repco/supercheap only carry a very limited range of stuff and rocket where out of stock and couldn't help

An auto store for auto enthusiast, this is the best way to describe auto one castle hill. Unlike your run of the mill sca or Autobarn, this location has really great quality parts and tools, the staff always know how to help you sort a problem and are genuine enthusiasts with an automotive background and passion for cars.

The best auto store ever. All the stuff bend over backwards to make sure your shopping trip is efficient, you get the right advice and gone. If you want to browse, they know your hiding from the better half and just want to browse for an hour.

Whenever I need something, #1 place to go. Everyone is always happy to help. Great bunch of blokes and the support you get is way better than your other big parts stores like supercheap and repco. They actually know what they are talking about and have the experience as car enthusiasts unlike other stores that have 'checkout chicks'

Just want to do a massive shout out to the team Auto One Castle Hill, particularly Dave. I had a cooked battery, that for all intents and purposes appears to have cooked by my own truck. Regardless the team persevered and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Well done fellas.

Rang up and was told they have 2 items in stock, travelled an hour and a half to find out they actually dont have any in stock

These guys go over and above to the point where it almost stops being a business and just becomes about hooking people up with the best gear through the best service possible.

Received the best service I've ever experienced at Castle Hill Auto One this afternoon, i usually shop here but made the mistake of visiting TWO competitors (out of convenience, local to work) and was given all the wrong info and parts from confused staff at both stores, called into Auto One and Dave knew exactly the predicament i was in and how to solve it even though the info i had was incorrect. He even picked up on an issue i need RMS to fix! The guys are always great there but today was next level, he came out to the car in the rain and got my wiring sorted super fast saving me time and a lot of money! I cant recommend this store enough!

Great service and great prices. Really easy dashcam install, smooth process, very friendly staff.

I was after glue to restick etag to window. Was promptly served and given an adhesive at nil cost. Felt guilty walking out without buying something. I'll come back to buy something when i need whatever.

It's places like this that serve unknown and maybe not repeat customers that need to be supported.

Amazed by the service here, thanks to the team at Auto One Castle Hill. I came here to get touch up paint for a small chip. Unfortunately for my new car they didn't have the paint code on record, but a quick call to their supplier and 5 mins later they mixed the paint perfectly and even threw in a small sample bottle of the top coat.

These guys are great. I bought a cosmetic car accessory from them but had trouble fitting it myself. Upon telling them about it they took the time to give me a practical lesson on exactly how to do it. I'll certainly be shopping with them again!

They always help me to get exactly what I need for my car and I'm happy with their serive I particularly thank Tom for his professional recommendations and his knowledge about cars.
