We had the outdoor blinds installed today. I have to say that the whole process from quoting to final installation was hassle free. We got some helpful advice from the staff and are happy about the products. Surely there are cheaper providers out there, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

We had outdoor blinds installed last week and we're so happy with the product. We now have an enclosed patio and we love it. Not meeting customer expectations leads to a disappointing experience that unfortunately does not give me confidence in the customer service offered by Australian Outdoor Living.

Booked in and confirmed an appointment at the Pool & Spa Expo, got a confirmation via email and then received a phone call to reschedule to a later time a few days out however on the same day the original appointment was. This was agreed upon by changing our own work schedules for the day and then the time came and no one showed up.

I received a phone call shortly after the rescheduled appointment telling me the staff member was unable to fulfill the appointment as no one could cover the staff members appointments. A disappointing first impression that even as the Manager apologised and offered to reschedule again does not lead me to give a higher star rating than 1 star as trust of being regarded a valued prospective customer is at 0% at this stage. Time is a valuable resource for BOTH customers and Builders.

From measure and quote right through to the installation I don't think I have ever come across better customer service. But the real test was on Thursday when our blinds didn't flinch in the 100km winds we had. We were amazed. We had blinds at our previous homes that would no way endure such conditions.
