I always get excellent service in this post office. Whether I was applying for passport, taking photos, sending parcels, paying bills, enquiring about the postal services, the stuff in this branch always assisted me in the most professional and friendly way.

I was expecting two parcels from overseas to arrive for two month. After two month I went to Australia Post, asking for the parcels. Turns out they have been waiting there for all the time, but the mail man never notified me with a card for either parcel.

I was very stressed doing my passport as I had spent the previous night in hospital and had a last minute family emergecy trip and the gentleman at the post office (didn’t get his name) was very patient and kind. Helped me start from scratch on the application as there was a mistake in the one I had done. Very thankful for him as he made a very miserable and stressful day much better

We received 5 star service by the postal manager with the application for a passport. The service we received was simply exceptional and the process was made simple and easy. We were served quicky and in peak hour which was a surprise to us. Every time I have visited I am in awe of the levels of customer service as it is simply the best.

My experience with the post office staffs are vary in person. A couple of them are very unfriendly! They don't know how to talk to the customers in a good mammer, disappointed.
