All of the staffs are very helpful, knowledgable, respectful and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to use Aupost's service. More power and success to the team

Extremely rude owner. I have huge amount to be transferred via western Union. Last time he gave me lower rate. I didn’t even think he had any control over the rates and it’s the issue of western Union system. So I went again to transfer and casually raised with him. He got agitated and started screaming. His reaction says so much about his integrity.
Edit: use the 13 number rather than the number on Aus post website and ask to speak to specific store i.e Carlingford post office
Can't call them, you get an A. I bott who can't answer questions or deal with anything not on script. Just want to talk to a person.
Kar was amazingly efficient and knowledgeable when taking passport photos, and processing the application process.

The worst post office I have ever been! The Indian guy works there is really rude! Always have so many rules to apply, and behaves like he is the CEO of AUS Post! If you want to have more troubles pls go there!

We have been going to Carlingford Australian Post office since 5 years
And they are very professional and helpful.
Staff at Carlingford LPO was very inpatient and rude when I attempted to submit a form. The staff said to me that "You have already wasted my time. I know this because we do this everyday". This is coming from the Mandarin speaking staff. What an attitude. It is part of their job to explain why and where the customer's mistake is. Maybe it is just their team culture. So bad.
According to the response of the owner:
1. Customers need to know everything and don't make any mistakes, otherwise you are wasting staff's time?
2. A simple apology from the staff regarding the rude attitude is very hard?
3. The customers are not the priority, because they are very busy.
Recommendations for others:
1. Long time waiting and bad attitude are allowed from their staff.
2. You need to be smart and not making mistake, otherwise they treat you like bad kids.
3. Same thing done in another LPO peacefully and smoothly.
Applied for passports for the entire family and the experience was an absolute delight. Thanks to Donny (hope I got the name right) and Kartik the photos and application forms were checked and corrected and everything came together nicely. The team is patient, kind and very helpful the entire time. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
