Absolutely the best post office ever! I was having trouble with an online form and was under a lot of pressure to get it done, however the staff were very considerate and helpful and ensured that all my problems were fixed. I really appreciated their help! 100% recommend!

Great service and friendly staff. As a new small business owner, I was nervous about working out what I needed to do to send mail regularly and still keep things affordable. The staff are always helpful at this branch and talked me through everything I needed to know, with patience. I have left there today with everything set up and I feel as though I am equipped to confidently send my business mail from now on. TJ is especially helpful and always willing to spend extra time talking customers through their needs. I highly recommend this branch and am thankful for the assistance that they have given me.

Fantastic service from Tejas and his team. As a business customer he is always available to take calls and answer any questions we may have. He is always looking for the best way to reduce our shipping costs and optimise other associated expenses. This experience is quite different from the Australia Post head office who take weeks to answer questions. Thanks!

Always SUPER helpful Staff! I have a post office closer but specifically go to this one as I enjoy the rapport I've built with all the staff there. Always quick and efficient, polite and helpful on getting me the best deal I can on whatever I'm sending. I'm in there twice a week as I run my own business and Carlingford Post Office has never let me down.

The staff who wears glasses with strong Indian accent is a racist! His attitude is unacceptable, rude and mean. He talks bad about an Asian customer after she left the office this morning at about 11: 30am, when I heard of what he was saying and teasing that poor lady, I felt so bad. He is inhuman! Worst experience ever!

Very friendly staff here at Carlingford LPO located inside Carlingford Court. I’ve only been using this LPO as my local for around 6 months now and I’m already a familiar face to staff there. In my experiences they have always very helpful, they have always gone far above and beyond with their service, each and every time. If you haven’t been yet to the Carlingford LPO, I highly recommend that you give them a visit for anything you may need at, or from, this very reliable Australia Post Office! The team here will surely make it a very enjoyable visit for you!

Best customer service and most courteous staff. Tejas is very helpful and always goes an extra mile to lend a helpful hand and give an advise or two. He made sure that my son's passport pics were upto the mark despite numerous attempts (my son kept smiling) without raising an eyebrow. 10 out of 10. Keep it up.

Useless service. Member of LPO had a huge argument with a female customer, then when she left it supposed to be my turn. But no. This guy went to the back of the office and never came out. Had to wait extra 10 mins.

Super unfriendly staff, very rude and they don’t even talk to you properly, they force you to accept what they say, and when you take a parcel there force you to leave, very pushy, very very rude, terrible service attitude

I have been coming to this post office for about 2 years now and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Yes, it is a very busy post office but i find it queue always moves efficiently and i believe that is down to their lovely positive attitude and better understanding of customer needs.
