Shipping to UK a doodle thanks to Ausff. Needed to purchase a side panel for my jeep restoration project which was only obtainable in the AU. Ausff helped me with all the problems of shipping and oversized, overweight package all the way to my front door. Apart from buying the part from a company in the AU, Ausff dealt with every other detail. For a complete service of shipping and buying overseas, Ausff took all the hassle and shipped it promptly and economically to my UK address.

At first, I wasn't so sure about the company, the prices of shipping, some difficulties I had getting started. But once I was able to overcome those difficulties, it been plain sailing since. I take the advice they give about buying from companies that have free shipping that keep the costs down, also the places that provide that too. The parcels come very quickly which is lovely as I don't worry about how it will take and all have arrived safely wonderful.

Quick turnaround, flawless service
Quick turnaround, flawless repacking, and received without a hitch. The only thing to remember is that working with services like DHL Express means "automatically " getting hit on the receiving end with duty and processing fees that have nothing to do with Ausff and their shipping fees but add to your cost.

I was scammed by this company and lost $200 worth of goods. Also probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Created an account and was given an address. Placed an order to be delivered to this address. Now Ive been told the account has been canceled and they will not provide the service. I cannot cancel the order or change the address. So basically they will get my goods shipped to them and keep them for themselves. Customer service couldn't care less if they tried. Be careful if using this company.
