A friend of mine Camila shipped through this company and her items got lost, she kept calling and nobody answered or knew where the items are, and after two months of circulation they replied that they can’t do anything because she didn’t have insurance.

I have been using this company for several years.
Never lost a single parcel like with postal service or other couriers that we no longer use.
Originally introduced to this company by my overseas customers who continuously use AUSFF for their international freight.
As long as you follow the rules, don’t put illegal or prohibit items in the parcels, declare it correctly, it gets to the destination.
With this guys if you call, a person answer and talks to you, try that with another courier!

If you want a freight forwarding done in an effective, professional, responsive, prompt and convenient way, talk to the Australian Freight Forwarding (AusFF). I've had difficulty picking up some items ordered online and I struggled to engage those most common courier companies and as stressed out until I came in contact with AusFF who took upon themselves to do what they could to assist me. They even got me an Australian address so that wl will make it easier to order any products from Australia and have them delivered to my address and AusFF will take full responsibility from there! I found some merchandise in Australia that was so perfect for my granddaughters room. The retailer did not ship to the US and Iwas unable to get it. Then I found this company. They made the process simple and I was so happy being able to get this for my granddaughter.

In the website where the list countries AUSFF served it included my country. After paying I was advised that in the voluminous terms and conditions my country was excluded. I was not refunded in full. AUSFF blamed PayPal for it when in fact they were the proximate cause of not being refunded in full. In our country AUSFF is a fraud.

Honestly I was a little skeptical given the layout of the website, the set up and uploading of information (asking for CC details to verify, still not comfortable with that), but I was shipping from Aus to NZ, paid through Paypal, got notified of updates the whole way and was actually really easy. Can't say it's the cheapest but was reliable and would likely use again, gives accessibility to product that otherwise wouldn't be available in our country.

Great customer service and they have been really good to deal with. I went into this without doing proper research so while I found this to be to expensive, these guys were always very helpful in finding a solution that worked for me. I would use them again if I need to

Very happy with there quick service, There service is quick and very affordable. With the uptofree 60 day storage you can just combine all you packages over a long period of time and ship them all at ones to safe on shipping cost.
