Not professional at all. The worst agent around. If you are a landlord make very sure if you need extra info in lease that is has been done as theses clowns do not do as they say they will do.
Also very important anything said or agreed make sure you have it in writing, although even then the stuff it up.
Honesty save yourself the nightmare do not use at all.
I’m telling the truth have dealt with many agents in the area this one is as useful as a ashtray on a motorbike completely
