I have been working with Karim and Daniel T for 4 months. Over the course of 4 months i inspected several properties and dealt with a number of agent. Karim and Daniel T.by far are the top agent, as they are guided by one moto, which is Gain Trust! How do they gain my trust? There were indtances where i would discuss other agents listing with Karim snd Daniel T. They would provide their honest advise. In addition, i am from padstow hence wasnt fimilar with the suburbs where i was searching, they were happy to share their local knowledge in peakhurst, kingsgrove, Beverly hills, earlwood, bexley, kograh bay, carss park, blakehurst, lugarno etc. Putting trust in an agent before making the purchase " Place To Live", alleviates alot of stress.
