My husband and I were traumatised from our previous attempt in purchasing a home until we met Ali from Ausrealty when we came to see a property. Ali has been very professional, honest, helpful, and extremely proactive, but he's also very conscientious - these are exactly what we actually needed while purchasing our first home. The whole process of buying a property can be a long, overwhelming and emotional rollercoaster, especially as a first home buyer. I recently bought a property from Karim, who was absolutely phenomenal to work with - from organising a private inspection at 5pm on a Friday afternoon to sealing the deal a couple of days later at 11pm on a Sunday, so on and so forth.

The experience was seamless and Karim was able to instil trust in all parties, which I believe is quite uncommon between a selling agent and purchaser. His communication and responsiveness were second to none.

Ausrealty's approach to advertising properties via their online web book is also very user friendly and easy to navigate, with property information being straightforward to obtain (including copy of the contract).

I will definitely be recommending Karim and Ausrealty for future property-related matters!
