Audi Centre Sydney

This is my second Audi from Zetland Audi and both experiences have been positive. Spyro Simillis, sales, is a lovely guy and was very helpful and very patient with my many questions both before and after purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending him when looking for a sales person. I have found everyone at Audi - service and sales - to love what they are doing and working with the customer for the best outcome.

I purchased a new car from Audi Sydney and found the whole experience really great. From the moment we walked into the showroom, I felt really looked after. Our sales person was Spyro and we were so glad to have him guide us through the process. He was patient, helpful with advice and information, personable and warm, and never pushy. He worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and I couldn't be happier with the car. The after-sales service from Spyro has also been really good. Overall, a great experience!

Its sad to see that one of the biggest car dealers have such irresponsible attitude that your car sales representative promises to call the customer first thing in the morning but doesnt fulfill it. The customer calls again but salesman is still too busy to get back to the customer. The customer finally drives for 35 minutes and waits for 30 minutes patiently for the car sales representative and then leaves because initially he was advised that Stephen will be there in 1 minute. Need to work on the customer service and promises made. If you dont like the offer you could just tell the customer instead of wasting their whole day. Leaving without getting an answer to my offer. Not happy. UPDATE. I was told that the car was not ready and i will be the first one to know when its ready for sale. ITS LISTED FOR SALE FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS, NO PHONE CALLS NO FOLLOW UP AND THE PRICE HAS BEEN INCREASED BY $2000. PATHETIC ATTITUDE. NO ETHICS HERE!

Our family purchase a new car every three years, so we a had mixed experiences. Without any doubt the Audi Q5 we purchased from Mr Shane Sonego at Audi Centre Sydney was the best experience to date. The Facility was fantastic, informal, flowing and tasteful. The star for us was Shane. His complete technical and design knowledge of the car was impeccable. No question was a problem. Every feature was explained carefully. His clam manner is contagious. We only needed 10 minutes to know this car was for us. Now for the first in 30 years we just get in the car for a drive.
