BUYERS BEWARE! After sales service here is non-existent! Had issues and questions twice after I took my new car home in February and the first time, the sales rep responded after two weeks and the second time I’m still waiting. Typical sales, nice to you before payment and at pick up but afterwards ‍️‍️

I had the pleasure of purchasing my F5 Audi A5 Sportback 45TFSI QUATTRO SPORT from Audi Centre Sydney on 25th February 2022. I live in Queensland but still chose this dealership above all others to finalise a great deal on an Audi Approved Plus beauty. This dealership, one of the largest multi story Audi dealerships I have seen, has to its credit some wonderful staff and sales executives, a team Vince Del Vecchio (Sales Manager) should be proud of and most notably Andres Cedeno. Andres has the patience of a saint, attention to detail, extremely courteous and respectful, great product knowledge (a virtue missed on many salesmen these days unfortunately) and who made the time to go through every feature of the car before I drove it home. I would thoroughly and highly recommend visiting this dealership wherever you might be based, for me it was well worth the flight down and 868km trip back home!

I have now purchased 4 audis from audi zetland, on all occasions i have dealt with mahmoud. Very nice and well mannered salesman.on my last purchase i was considering a mercedes 7 seater, walked into the dealership in parramatta, nobody even walked up to me and my family to ask if we need help, you go to audi zetland its quiet the opposite everyone that works there is more then willing to help.

The Service Center very sneaky. They were nicely spoken in front of you to cover works that was not done. Zetland migh t be flashy showroom and giving you Uber transport but dodgy. Took my Audi to Parra and they identified the issue.

I have done a couple of these days and the Audi one was probably the best one. Not only was it very enjoyable but the driving instructors were great and really helped to improve our skills on track and road. Would do it again in a heart beat.

I'm currently having a horrible experience after buying a second hand BMW from Audi. The dealer was great and they've fulfilled their obligations with A3 month warranty. But i need to change the on this car and the workshop that they used to repair the wheels put the wheel bolts on so incredibly tight. Most likely using an impact gun. The security bit is chewed up and even a tyre shop won't touch it. So if you end up buying a second hand car from them, check that you can loosen the wheel bolts within 3 months! Overall it was a great experience buying from them. Just disappointed with the workshop they had used, but I don't have the details to rate them.

Had my Audi 1 services here, had a transmission issue, I disagrees with the initial assessment but negotiated and everything turned out really good, happy with their work and communication, well done

I recently purchased an Audi with Audi Centre Sydney and have been dealing with both Andrew Neofytou and Paul Anastasakis.
From start to finish the level of customer service and care by both of these guys was exceptional.
They were super helpful and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough and am so incredibly grateful for their service.
To be honest I probably wouldn't have purchased the car through Audi directly, used Audi Finance or bought so quickly if it wasn't for both Andrew and Paul. The deal was done in a few days just off an enquiry!

Horrible and incompetent. Never get your car serviced here. What's worse is that I wanted to complain about my recent service, but the customer relations manager was even more incompetent than the person that I wanted to complain about. Took a week to respond to my emails and never picked up the phone.

Spyro was great to deal with. I appreciated his style and approach which was professional and supportive. He quickly built a relationship which will carry forward. His sales follow up was appropriate and encouraging. I certainly appreciated the invitation to the drive day where I was able to learn more about the car.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Leigh for my recent purchase. Ultimate professional. Very responsive to all my queries. Took the time at the end to ensure every detail of the car was known to me. Outstanding work and thank you for all your help.

I just picked up my dream car, RS6! Just amazing
The entire process from building the car, to delivery was a breeze, and I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff at Audi.
The sales consultant, David Spratt was very professional, patient and knowledgeable when going though options and specifications.
He kept me informed on the production and delivery of the car without being prompted. David also spent over an hour going through the car when delivering it, and explained everything well.
I would highly recommend David Spratt as a sale consultant when buying a new car at Audi Centre Sydney.
