We recently purchased a second hand car (Audi Q5) from here and the service truly exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Especially Cuong To, who looked after us and helped us make the right decision. Cuong was highly knowledgeable, funny & made the experience seem easy & stress-free. On pick up day, Cuong prepared our car to be sparkling clean looking brand new and with a huge red bow on the bonnet (only new cars get the service) and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. We drove away super happy with the service & experience and we are now hooked for good with Audi.

Terrible service, walked in to talk with a salesman and ask questions as we already own an Audi and want to buy another. Wasn't given the time of day. Asked to look at the boot of a car and was told it was sold and it won't open. Never offered to show another one. Asked about demo models they have listed online, and salesman looked at us like we were idiots. Won't return, heading to Five Dock now.

David is really friendly and helpful with my purchase of the RS3. He helped me with saving a bit on options that I don’t really need as well. Highly recommend him.

Our experience buying an Audi Q5 was made easy by Zac. He understood our needs quickly and was extremely helpful in understanding the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

David was friendly and supportive. Gave us a good deal and was never pushy like other car sales persons. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended David.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a car with Coung. From start to finish, he was professional, informative and transparent. He made us feel comfortable and was genuine throughout the entire process. I would confidently recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to speak with Cuong.

I went in looking for an rs4 wagon. Nobody approached me to even ask so I left disappointed. As for Quoc in second hand cars level 1 he loves his mobile.

After owning 3 Audi vehicles and having a near perfect experience over the years, this is my first and last dealing with what is supposed to be the head of Audi dealerships in Sydney. The used car sales side of the business and the servicing department must have Chinese walls between departments because there is zero communication between both sides of the company. My RS4 purchase was riddled with issues and wasted time dealing with repairs and thousands of dollars of mine down the drain. A massive cluster you know what and I’ll never buy from these cowboys ever again. The worst buyer experience ever

Visited on Saturday 12th November. I spoke to a gentleman named David Spratt over the phone and advised I was coming in. I was late for an event and told David I was after some merchandise for a friend who had just purchased an Audi. David went above and beyond to find me something so that I could take with me to the event. The other staff that walked by me as i was waiting were very accommodating and professional. Big thanks to David for helping me and a big credit to the Audi team for setting a high standard in store. I was very impressed.
Thanks again David for going out of your way mate really appreciate it.

I purchased is vehicle brand-new and within a 400km there was a bubble in my tire of which I sent in for review. No response has been provided. I then noticed a oil leak on my gearbox which was leaking on my floor in my driveway which I had to get professionally cleaned.
I made a complaint regarding this, sent in the vehicle for repair of which they replaced the oil gearbox housing. I've lodged a dispute with Audi Australia after asking the service manager to do so also (which he did not despite telling me did). I was told that I would receive a response regarding my complaint within 2 days however it's been almost 4 weeks and no action has been taken.
I called again today however Audi Australia seem to be dismissing the concern. This matter is not being taken seriously by Audi. My vehicle should not have suffered both of those issues as it was purchased brand new and I have paid thousands of dollars for pre delivery which consists of a thorough check over the vehicle prior to purchase. Further to this I did not receive a report of the repair from the service team despite requesting for it twice now.
The vehicle is well and truly worth over $100,000 and I should not have to have taken off work to bring this in for repair. It's extremely unprofessional for a large dealership to ignore the concerns of a consumer that was willing to purchase many vehicles to expand my business that also has another vehicle on order also. I have contacted Audi Australia and Audi Zetland (from whom I purchased the vehicle from) on numerous occasions with failure to return a response. Absolutely terrible professionalism. I've been a customer for 5 years with my family and I will be moving to another competitor moving forward.

Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Great vehicles, but unless you are giving them money expect to be ignored!

As the Headquarters of Audi Australia.

This company is the worst customer service I have had in my life. I am embarrassed for Audi at how poor their customer service is and I am the customer!

With Audi joining F1 shortly, If customer service is the pit crew, then the level of service I have received is akin to driver boxing and pit crew not being there to service the car but is off getting a hotdog and milkshake during the race.

In Dec 2019 I purchased a Q3, not form Audi Centre Sydney a different dealer but this issue is not about dealers but national office which is headquartered in is location. Within 3 month we had an issue with our Aircon. We have submitted the vehicle 4 times for warranty repairs. 3rd repair, they guessed it was the HPS and replaced the HPS. When I picked up the car, they hadn't even tested the aircon as the aircon was till not working. The 4th repair took over 21 days to identify the issue and required Audi Australia technical department. When asking what was going on I couldn't get an answer expect its under testing. Don't ask "what testing" The following has occurred since.

1. Contacted customer service to enquire about a loan car or paying for a hire car under warranty provisions. No response or return call.
2. Asked what the problem was when they alleged to have fixed the problem no response.
3. Contacted customer service to ask for Audi technical team to give me a call as they developed the repair for the faulty aircon. Told they won't talk to you as they are not customer facing.
4. Keep trying to engage with customer service Audi Australia and no response. Took over 30 emails and a number of angry calls to get through to a customer service manager for Audi Australia that has no authorities to make any decisions to resolve complaints.
5. Submitted claim into NCAT for major fault under ACCC laws. No response even through date and time for case was issued. Finally got a response from Audi Australia after 10 phone calls to tell them they need to show at the NCAT. Agreed to drop legal case for ongoing negotiation and dialogue. Even after apologising for failure to communicate, Audi continued to fail to communicate. Audi failed to return calls at promised dates and times over the following 2 week period.
6. Asked to speak to the national manager that have decision making powers who could offer a formal written apology. Advised no senior managers are customer facing and they don't deal (or CARE ABOUT) customers.
7. Audi offered to transport my car to Canberra for deeper inspection. Enquired would they provide a loan car, customer service couldn't commit to that. Customer service effectively said, we take your car off you at a unspecified time, for an unspecified period, for an unspecified reason and won't tell you what repair was carried out initially to require a master technician. Audi may have had me cover the transport cost if a NFF was identified.

To make it clear I have not asked Audi for any money to settle this complaint. My final offer was;

1. A formal apology from Audi Australia written and signed by the national manager. (Not an email from the phone center customer service manager).
2. A meeting with the regional manager to discuss what repairs have been done to my car,
why I should remain an Audi customer,
that the service center I went to is compliant with Audi standards. (I have evidence a non Audi technician worked on my car, which is in breech of what Audi told me happen when purchasing my car and is listed on their website. Their response so far to this is, we can't control the franchise service centers and can't provide evidence to counter this clam).
How this won't happen to other customers.

They couldn't even agree with this.

So think careful before you buy an Audi or any VW motor group car or motorbike. This include Skoda's and Ducati's.

I guess I am not afraid of hell anymore because dealing with Audi Customer Service is a way worst experience.

I've had truly an awful experience buying from Audi Sydney. My partner and myself bought our Audi Q5 less than 12 months ago in store. When I came in to pick up the car, I was told I needed to sign a statutory declaration indicating that the car was for a business use. I obviously didn't sign, but that red flag should have warned me off and I wish I hadn't bought the car then, to be honest.

Fast forward 12 months and my car has now been in the store for near on 3 weeks with an electric dashboard that doesn't turn on, meaning the car can't be driven. Problems happen - but to make matters worse, Audi haven't updated me on the status of the car, let alone find a replacement vehicle to cover my family (with one young child) during this time. Audi Sydney kept blaming Audi Australia (who also couldn't be reached via their ironically named Customer Care number - that number just rings out if you ring it any time day or night for weeks on end).

Just truly appalling customer service and a terrible experience overall. I won't be buying a vehicle from Audi, let alone Audi Sydney, ever again.

Best car dealership in Sydney, I’ve bought numerous cars from here and wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. Staff go above and beyond there duties especially Kara Price.
