I recently purchased a gleaming A5 coupe from Audi Alto Pennant Hills I was nervous about making such a huge decision sight unseen. Click and collect was reserved for grocery shopping. Having driven an A5 care of Angus at Mosman Audi I was at least decided on the model. Jarrod gave me a personal tour of my car and helped me understand every angle, small stone chip and tyre tread which sold me on the car straight away. I benefited from the Guaranteed future value trade in on my much loved A1 with some positive equity and Merzad the finance specialist found me a great deal, unbeatable by my long standing broker and one other referred broker. I am, to put it mildly, ecstatic. The car is awesome, also I have a two year full factory warranty and am beaming from ear to ear. On delivery day we were covid safe and if anything I was deeply impressed with both Merzad and Jarrod’s service. If you are thinking of purchasing an Audi please connect with them. Don’t let the pandemic stop you from fulfilling your dream. These guys will authentically look after everything for you right down to the insurance. The feel good factor still has me buzzing a week later.

I've recently bought a brand new Q3 SB Audi. I was told that the car might come in August. But instead it came a month earlier than we were told. The sells team is amazing! Tim helped me a lot ever since my first visited. I can't say anything better than marvellous services and efficient result. The finance team, Merzad is very helpful in explain things. I purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Alto Pennant Hills on 8th June 2021. I was told a few things by the sales people that turned out to be misleading / untrue (and even deceiving).

When I spoke to the sales person (before inspecting the car) I was told the car was in immaculate condition with the exception of a tiny hole in the rear bumper. In addition to the damage in the rear bumper, the front passenger side door had a scrape (this didn’t buff out as they had assured me it would) and a portion of the front passenger door had significantly mismatched orange peel that is indicative of paint work. The excuse that was given to me was that the inspection was done at night / when it was dark – doesn’t seem to be true given car was detailed. We agreed to proceed with the deal at this stage given a price adjustment was provided.

When I inspected the car the salesperson had indicated that the car’s next service had been done and anything that is due within 3 months would be remediated. A service history print out was flashed in front of me with minimal details outlined. I asked the sales person to confirm with the service manager that the scheduled service had been conducted and sales person assured me this was done. After I took delivery of the vehicle I received a warning that service was due in 1,500kms. Once I was able to speak to the service department, it appears the scheduled service was not carried out. I was told by the sales person that they would only offer me an oil change and I would have to fund the remaining items (in addition to an oil change, the next service required a replacement of the dust / pollen filter, replacement of the air filter element, replacement of the ribbed V-belt, replacement of the spark plugs, changing the S-tronic gearbox oil (i.e. In excess of $1,500-$1,700; details taken from Audi’s website re service intervals).
They refused to conduct the scheduled service the vehicle and indicated that as these things were due 3 months and a couple of days after purchase they are not responsible. They do not believe that you would travel the 1,500kms (i.e. When it was due for service) in a 3-month interval.

Additionally, the sales person agreed to replace the two front tyres given one was not roadworthy at the time of test drive (not sure why they would let customers test drive cars with tyres that aren’t roadworthy). To my disappointment, they didn’t replace the tyres to Audi’s specifications, but instead mounted ‘no name’ tyres that do not appear on Audi’s website as “Audi genuine tyres”.

This has all been reported to the Department of Fair Trading.

Extremely disappointing experience with Audi Alto Pennant Hills.
Luke the manager wasn’t able to assist in any way and has lost all our future business with Audi Alto.

I was told that I may be liable for costs ($600+) on a simple warranty claim based on their assessment.

Also took 5 days to just look at my car. Complete waste of time.
