Friendly people, amazing service, when I got my tints done they came dropped off a courtesy car and took mine to get the works done, now that’s what you call customer care, they will make it easier for you, pick up and drop off too. Will definitely be telling family and friends about this car sales team AWESOME

Sebastian was great to deal with from the moment we first began talking with him when he saw us looking at a car. We really appreciated his authenticity and honesty from the beginning. He followed up on everything he said he would do and did all he could to ensure we were happy with our purchase. There were a few follow up things that he managed for us, after the sale, which we were very grateful for. Lachlan showed us through our new purchase on delivery. He knew the car inside out and patiently answered all our questions. We would definitely purchase a car from Audi Pennant Hills in future.

Lee was nothing but amazing from moment go!
Sourced the exact car I was after very quickly and always replied to all questions willingly and promptly. Even after car delivery he continues to deliver outstanding service.down to the point where will help around questions on the function of the vehicle at any point should I have a query.
I would not hesitate to recommend Audi Pennant Hills to anyone looking for their next Audi.

A family that actually takes care of you even after sale has finalised!

I am so lucky to have been referred to them by my close family friend. I can’t thank her enough.

But these guys here are out of this world.
Lee and Craig, I can’t thank you both enough for being so genuine, honest and approachable. I feel like you guys have really helped me in making the right decision and purchasing our Audi Q3

The Mosman and Five Dock Centres were ok but I didn’t feel comfortable, felt like somethings missing. Yes they were ok to talk to and answered my questions but I felt the sales person / customer roles being played more so.

Coming to Audi Alto Pennant Hills, I felt we had a connection instantly with all the staff there. I felt at ease, smiles all round, not pressured into buying anything, but not embarrassed to bargain away as my mum did! (God bless her… and the team for enlightening her!)

Abbey was just wonderful! She went out of her way to entertain my 3yo little munchkin, giving helium balloons and all! He loved it! I got a 1: 1 run down of how to use the vehicle in order to drive out, and she did this with smiles well past their closing times! Thanks Abbey!

We went there to have a look and walked out having purchased the car which was the right fit for us!

I received a follow up message and call a few days later asking how we were going and if any issues. The small touches here that makes me feel valued and part of a new family, not just a dollar sign! So patient you were Lee, thank you!

This is my unbiased experience and hope it may help if shopping around for a new car… Do yourself a favour and don’t hesitate nor delay coming to Audi Alto Pennant Hills!

DON'T BUY OR SERVICE FROM AUDI PENNANT HILLS. Service Centre a disgrace! Make you wait months for a loan car when you're under warranty car is broken. Then put a $5,000 excess on the insurance of the loan car. They lie aND say it is out of their control, which of course is nonsense. It's just Audi pennant Hills being cheap aND not paying the premium so their customers don't have t carry the liability. A loan car with a $5,000 excess is not a loan car, its a total liability. When I told the service centre this was idiotic, the person serving me said they wouldn't accept threatening behaviour. I pointed out that I had not threatened him what so ever. They just lost me as a customer for ever.

Despicable operation. Broke the computer monitor following a standard service and insinuated it was tampered with by me. They didn't speak in English infront of me either. When I was asked why I was charged for fuel additives they couldn't answer the question and said it was standard practice. We won't be back as they refused to fix the what they broke in the first place! No I ha e no radio, no blue tooth for phone calls, no rear vision camera and no GPS!

Great dealership with super quick response. Was able to see the car straight way after I called about it, plus was able to take it for a test drive as soon as I got there. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful and made the sales experience great. The dealership also offered the best and most competitive car finance. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an Audi to visit Audi Pennant Hills and talk to Lee.

Recently bought my new car from the team at Pennant Hills and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are so helpful in answering any questions I had and ensuring they were getting me what I wanted. Even when different team members approached me for different things at the varies stages of purchase, it was seamless and I didn’t feel as though I was repeating myself of what I wanted or where we were up to on the purchasing stage. Thank you especially to Rory who was helping me from the start all the hard work and answering my questions was truly appreciated. I got my car in a timely manner and couldn’t be happier so thank you Pennant Hills team

The team at Audi Pennant Hills are fantastic and what other dealerships should strive to be!

I ordered my car back in November 2021 and was kept up to date on the progress. My order was transitioned to Lee and then James for delivery who were both awesome! All questions were answered quickly and on delivery day James sat with me in the car and went through all the finer details.

Fantastic experience, don’t look at any other dealers in Sydney! I really hope it continues when it comes time to service.

I had an Audi Q5 that had some ticking noise when accelerating and noisy breaks when stopping. I tried calling Audi Pennant Hills to book, and no one picked up the phone so I booked online. I didn’t receive any confirmation so I called 3 days later to ensure the booking was received by them. On arrival there was no greetings or how are you? As the person at the service desk had 0 customer service experience. He walked around the car taking photos on his iPad without saying a word. Complete silence. He didn’t even ask if I needed a lift to the train station. A few hours later I got a text from Audi Pennant Hills to let me know what needs to be fixed. Audi wanted to replace the followings,
4 discs
4 break pads
2 drives shafts
Total cost $7,900 without any extras that the car might need. On top of that I had to pay $249 for diagnosis.
After receiving 0 customer service and 0 communications I have requested to not go ahead with the repairs and paid $249 and took my car away. What a rip off
All the car needed is one drive shaft and machine the front disc breaks as the brake pads were fairly new! But Audi doesn’t like to machine discs as they just replace everything even if doesn’t need to as they make high profit from ordering spare parts. I decided to take it else where and only cost me $1,700 instead of $7,900
So I hope this experience will help choosing a reasonable repairs options instead of this Audi at Pennant Hills
