I contacted the dealer through carsales.com.au. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Michelle. I sent pics of my trade-in. Within a couple of hours we agreed on a change over price, pickup date and no pressure. Michelle was so easy to deal with and very fair. Picking up the new Triton was simple and Michelle took a great deal of time explaining the features. We set up the android apps, sound system etc.
I am very happy with the car and the great service.

I haven't had the best experience since buying my car from Audi Newcastle (don't go there). Audi Pennant Hills has had impeccable customer service. I highly recommend Luca who helped me understand the technology and details of my car. I requested a bootliner and that was ordered quickly and even fitted into my car for me. Thank you for giving me the proper Audi customer service experience!

I just had my car serviced here on Tuesday. The online booking was great, it gave me a run down on a quote and set me up with a date that I was available to book in my car. Problem occurred when I was dealing with a human! I would expect a lot better service than this. Firstly, they told me that they had 3 sick calls and it might take awhile, that's fair, contact me if you need it for longer I understand; no issue there. Then I saw him quote me with a bill of $1400 +. You know what, I'm fine with that, a little more than what I expected but if you're going to pull the resources to get this done then all good.

As the day passed, no call, no information, nothing! I called them and got hung up on. Called again and was put on hold to be told that they needed an extra $1700 for a throttle valve fix and that this would need another day. The whole day went by and they never informed me. No text, no call, no email, only on the final hour was I notified. They charge over 200% mark-up on their parts and labour and I'm just thinking here, what am I getting? ! A premium price, I would expect premium service. I checked the part they ordered and I can get it at half of what they quoted from another authorised mechanic, supply and fitted. The price would have been fine if there was some care but it is clear looking at the other reviews, these guys don't.

I feel bad for the other departments, I got a great deal on my car when I purchased here. The service was a real let-down. I won't be going back and will tell others to look elsewhere. No point in getting a good car if the after sales experience is bad.

I have just bought an Audi Q3 Sportsback for my mum from Audi Alto Pennant Hills through Nik Gratton.
Nik was by far the best car salesman I have dealt with. He was extremely responsive, attentive to our needs, and really went above an beyond to secure a new vehicle for us.
Additionally, Merzad the business manager who arranged the finance was also extremely helpful and responsive. Overall the team were fantastic to deal with!
I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to speak to Nik if they are in the market for a new car!

I never ever expected to buy a car without going through the normal showroom face to face process. Well that is until now…. When last week I took delivery of a shiny new Q5 Sportback.
