Lots of fake reviews on here. You know you have to be careful with this mob when they had to delete their facebook account because they couldn't put up fake reviews like they have on here. Warning signs are there people beware.

Britney Kraus is an excellent property manager. She has looked after our property for 2 years. When she took over the property from the other real estate, we uncover that the new tenant is not reliable and has another agenda. She help us terminate the lease quickly and find a new tenant. Saving us from the disaster. She flexible on showing the property on weekdays and weekend compared to other real estate in Sydney that only open on the weekdays and limited time. We highly recommend them!

I've been dealing with Assured Rent since 2016 and I am still a tenant through this agency. They are kind, friendly, professional and very easy to communicate and deal with. We have been through some shocking real estates in the past but are glad to finally find a agency that actually deserves a 5 star rating.

I recently had an open house that I was attending through Assured Rent. As I work full time and I am not from the area, I couldn’t make it to the inspection within business hours. I called the office and Stevie went above and beyond to make sure she could organise a open home time with me. Although I did not take the property my experience with Assured Rent was wonderful.
