I got my bond back 6 months later after I moved out. When I moved out, the agent said the bond will be returned in full, but then they had no response or said that they are waiting for the bond from the bond board. They cheated me in this way for 4,5 months. As I did not receive the bond for a quite long time, I contacted with Fair Trading to track it, but no bond was located based on the tenancy agreement. Please find the replay attached from Fair Trading. I was shocked. So I lodged a complaint to NCAT. Just before the hearing, they returned me the bond. I guess the agent never lodges the bond to bond board or lodged before NCAT hearing. If NCAT did not accept my application because I lodged it over their time limit, the agent may never give me the bond back. Thanks to NCAT gave me an exemption for a late application.l already lodged a complaint to Fair Trading. Hope them to give us a fair. Just kindly remind that don't forget to ask the agent to write down your landlord's contact way in your tenancy agreement because the agent will only white landlord's name in the agreement. If dispute sometimes happens and you can't contact with your landlord, you may be cheated by the agent.

Never met an agent with such great determination and persistence in the real estate industry. The process went from no intention to renting out my property during Covid to physically renting it and then to finding good tenants. Firstly my impression started with great doubt to absolute trust in Britney and her team. This young lady convinced me simply by her attitude, professionalism and actions that she took.

Never encountered a young lady so diligently devoted to her job. The team was super impressive and now I have been with the team for just over a year.

On first meeting, Incredibly professional look with flashy brochures and promises but instead we got the opposite. Different tenants moved in to what we agreed to with huge delays, promised a tenant signed to move in within 14 days was a joke, they hardly ever return your calls, late payments with so many excuses.the best way I can describe this organization is that they will bend over backwards to get your business and treat you as a nobody post signing the contract. The only way I could escape was to get Fair Trading NSW rip up the contract. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Absolute rubbish agency. My daughter has had nothing but trouble from here. STAY AWAY landlords and tenants. You will regret it. No response to phone calls after multiple calls per week. No response to emails after multiple emails per week. No response to emergency call outs, and this has gone on for over a year since they took over! Absolutely SHOCKING! Maybe they should be called 'UN Assured ' Rent Real Estate. Should be 'BLACK-LISTED' and license revoked!

Assured real estate is the WORST agency i have ever dealt with. They have no issues in telling lies, not returning calls and being rude.

Britney found a tenant for my property within a couple of weeks who had not had 1 late payment in 2 years of her previous tenancy - i thought i got lucky but i was wrong!

Tenant was not paying rent weeks on end and Britney LIED and gave excuses as to why rent wasn't coming in - from the banks fault, to agents mistake, centrelink and excuses kept coming in. She would always "call me back" and only picked up when my husband kept calling consecutively until they did.

Once i changed agents, the new agent found out that Britney HAD NOT EVEN COLLECTED BOND from my tenant which she lied and said she had. She then tried to LIE that she did not have a spare set of keys but the beauty of text messages is i had proof that she acknowledged she received them.

I later found out from the neighbours that the tenants were horrible to the point the neighbours renting next door moved out! Britney LIED and said they were good tenants.

Good reviews are fake and she probably spends her time writing good reviews as opposed to picking up her phone.

Called 10 times for my council money wrong charged no answer in mobile or landline left voice mail send email but still no answer.
Taking them to fair trade soon as i have there email and never get the money in account.
Never recommend them.

Brittney made renting out our home a extremely pleasant exercise. We benefited from her vast experience with the local market. She is an excellent communicator, with a professional and easy going manner.

I don’t know how their system and office protocol works with no any professional behaviour. We faced a lot of trauma when were vacating the place too as we were not getting any reply of our emails and mostly the calls were not entertained in office hour let alone the calls when picked up by someone, they didn’t know what to tell except the “we will call you back” statement, which never happened as well from day one. They didn’t call for end of lease inspection as I had mentioned while returning the keys on the top of that new tenant already moved in and ASSURED rent real estate staff already inspected the house without even call us. Unethical service still no any update about bond. I’m still chasing them. I would not recommend to go for their service even only one house left on this planet.

Assured Rent had a absolutely Amazing Result for us. Britney and Sharee achieved for us what other agents in the area could not do. They were both and still are extremely professional, they have positive attitudes, they are honest and hard working. They were able to find us tenants in less than a week. The tenants have now been in the property for more then a year and they are going great!

I would consider carefully before renting through this agency. One star is the lowest that can give and they don’t deserve any more than that. They are too busy to return calls or emails will not fix anything broken (I was even told to put lights in myself after we moved in and found half the lights didn’t work. Not to mention multiple other problems they would not fix.) we also found out our bond wasn’t lodged until 2 weeks after our initial lease was over.disappointing & frustrating to deal with and would not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!
We rented a property managed by Assured Rent for 6 months between April-October 2020 and it was the worst nightmare.
1. They lodged our bond weeks later after we signed our contract and said that it was due to mail, which sounds really odd given that lodgements can be done online and only takes minutes.
2. They only dealt with our requests for repairs after weeks of constant emails and phone calls to their office.
3. They never sent us the original invoice Sydney Water bill. It was only when we checked out and after we talked to landlord and CC-ed landlord in an email that we got the invoice.
4. Multiple attempts to rip us off. Claiming that we owed them money because they said that we had part payment, which we never did (we always paid in full and never fell in arrears). They accused us for damaging the property and that landlord wanted us to pay, which after speaking to the landlord, this claim was just a lie. They wanted to charge us extra weeks rent, when we had already paid prior.
5. Constant lying, both to us as tenants and to our landlords.
6. Shouted at us over the phone when we confronted them about their wrong calculation.
7. Avoided clarifying their miscalculations in writing and promised that they would be in touch and sort out the problems, but never did.
8. Irresponsive to emails.

Assured Rent and Britney Kraus should never be in business.

Britney is very down to earth, and is very honest. She has only run her business for 5 years however has been in real estate for over 10+ years. I always receive top level customer service. Thanks.

Could not be more delighted with Britney's work and the amount of support that I received from Assured Rent Real Estate. I first spoke with Britney on Wednesday and by Thursday lunchtime she had already been out to view my property. I also felt that her advice was spot on, and I simply would not have found great tenants in such a short period of time without her expertise and experience.

I came over to Assured due to the service of my previous agent declining. I did at first think to stay with the previous agent due to lower fees.

Yes I pay a higher rate to be with Assured, but the service I receive from Britney and her colleagues is well worth it. Nothing is ever a drama, my tenants are well looked after and any maintenance items are quoted and attended to promptly and professionally.

I would definitely recommend the team at Assured for your property management needs.

Assured rent has been nothing but helpful and professional since day one of when we moved into our first rental. They are very approachable and when we may need repairs or something at the property they are quick to respond and organise someone to come out.

We have had a lot of dealings with Assured Rent Real Estate over the last few years with property management and they have been fantastic. They are a great team of people who have worked there for many years and they know property management inside and out. Any time there is an issue they help us through it and make it easy. Really great!

I have just moved all 8 of my proprieties to them from several different agents. Instantly getting better service and they're leasing them out fast. Other agents were taking weeks to lease out my properties, causing me huge losses, the team here are leasing them out within hours.
