They oversaw my rental in Liverpool for a number of years and ensured that, even during the pandemic, the tenants were reliable and respectful. I was so confident in their management of my property that I entrusted them completely to recommend the best potential tenant, to engage trades as required, to complete insurance claims if needed, and to broadly manage all aspects of the property.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, they truly know the market and the surrounding tenant set, and I would engage them again without hesitation were I to re-purchase property in the area.

I've decided to write this review after having Assured Rent managing my investment property for over 2 years, as I believe property management is not just about "locking in a tenant". It is also about the ongoing care of the property. I have to say that in the past 2 years, Britany and her team have been exceptional to work with. They helped me find my first tenant in a week, and there was only 2 days gap when changing over to the new tenant, you may argue that I am just lucky to be in a good market, but that cannot happen without the effort of a professional, experience, and efficient team. During the last 2 years, the senior property manager Britany have kept me in the loop of all the updates, from council meetings, inspections, to maintenances, home open, potential tenant etc. Her experience and professionalism really allow me to have a peace of mind. This is the worst agency I have ever seen. They are cheaters and have perfectly designed their system to protect themselves at your expense. Britney never calls you back unless she needs something from you. Any savings u receive from their promotions they will take back during the 2 months notice period. Do not fall for their advertising. Using them has been traumatic. I cannot stress enough how terrible they are!

I completely agree with every bad review on here. This real estate is horrible and people like this should not be allowed to run a business. Do yourself a favour and stay right away from them.

The real estate process seemed daunting to me at first but Britt and her team took the stress out of it and always provided me with honest advice from day one all the way through to the last day.
