Apple Hornsby

People that works there are amazing, but I am very disappointed with apple products since I bought Iphone 5s. I won't be buying any new apple products again.

Took over and old iPad for troubleshooting. After waiting 15 to 20 min was told by the genius "the iPad was too old to service! " One level up the guy running an independent phone repair service quoted me $80 to change the USB port and gave me a 12 month warranty.

I went to hornsby apple to buy new laptop but i had a bitter experience dealing with staff. I don't know if he's only ignorant towards customer or is it whole crew. He looked very irritated and did not answer to any queries. I ended up buying from apple store sydney.

Ian was friendly and helped me with my exchange with no fusses. I was surprised by how quick the process was.

Useless staff at this apple store on multiple occasions. This last visit had all intentions of purchasing an iPad & keyboard. Was in the store for half an hour & not a single staff member asked if I needed assistance with 2 staff serving one customer and 4 girls standing in the middle of the shop chatting!
One staff member looked me in the eye then continued to chat so I walked out.
And they wonder why retail stores are in decline?

Waited for a while for some one to attend to me but left after a while as they seemed to be very busy

The staff here are lovely. Every time I come here I'm surprised by just how nice the staff are. I've been to other Apple stores and the staff are usually nice too but here they are exceptionally nice and have never failed to help me out.

The Worst! Been waiting a month now for a refund, contacted numerous times now with the 'someone will get back to you' speal and still no follow up, and no resolution. Horrible customer service.

Pretty much what you would expect of a new Apple store, but they seem to have shorter queues than some I have been to.

Happy staff, quick turnaround. I expected a 5 day repair service but instead got 1 hour for an iPhone.

Reasonable range of third party accessories, but not as many as their biggest stores.

Easy to find on the ground floor of Westfield's Hornsby.

I accidentally spilled coffee on my new macbook pro and they replaced battery, display and keyboard absolutely free. This is terrific! I would never expect it. Thanks a lot!

I was booked 1 weeks ago and coming early my appointments. I have to wait for on time and more.the staff members were kind and explain to me. But the exact time couldn’t kept. Anyway I am happy my phone was fixed today.

Fantastic service from Vincent, he went above an beyond to answer our questions and I was happy to purchase from him. Vincent is a real asset to your store.

Located at Westfield Hornsby at entry level from main street level. In same part of building where u can see the Gelatissimo store is, at entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to make a booking thru Apple Store app, of you want an appointment to go in to store on help with technical and problem issues regarding Apple devices.just like all Apple Stores, where u need to make an appointment for with its techs, who work behind the desk at the 'Genius Bar'.

We were assisted by Jemma in store yesterday. Jemma was friendly, professional and fully engaged with us, to ensure that we received the best outcome possible for our iPhone.

Almost visiting this store every 3 months and always had a wonderful experience very helpful and knowledgeable staff thanks heaps Apple

Had one bad experience when I went it to ask about the watches. The staff memeber couldn't answer my question (differences between models) and said he'd get some one to help me. He wandered off, starting talking to a customer and never sent anybody over. I gave up and left.

Been back three time since, and had excellent service. Was helped by a lady who was super knowledgeable about the watches. Ended up buying one. Very happy!

The exact same as every other apple store and it’s quite big compared to the other stores in that Westfield

It's a medium sized Apple store, well lit and clean like most Apple stores. The staff were efficient at escalating my technical questions to the onsite engineer and quick to provide service.

This is hands down the best Apple store I have been to in Sydney. The guys at the genius bar were so helpful and fixed a problem with my MacBook on the spot for me while, Penrith and Castle Hill told it would be a 2 week wait. Such easy going and happy to help staff

I always have an excellent experience at Apple Store Hornsby's genius bar. They really take the time to understand the issues and solve them every time. Their staff are friendly and knowledgable and give great advice. Thanks Apple!
