Customer service 0. Only put one star because I have to. Staff inside waiting around doing nothing and I am made to wait and make an appointment when all I wanted was a phone charger.

I had a great experience at the Hornsby Apple store. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was friendly.

Read on for details:
I had an issue with the screen of my 2016 macbook. Lovely Tim at the genius bar figured out the problem, but my laptop was out of warranty and it would have been $900 to fix it. He called me back 30 minutes later and said there was an extended warranty for my laptop, and they could fix it for free. Not only did they replace the display, but also the keyboard and battery after having some troubles with them in repair. I got my laptop back 1 day later, with everything sorted, all costing me nothing! Great job and wonderful customer service at the Hornsby store.

***Unhappy with the customer service*** I went to Apple Hornsby today to change a recently purchased silicon case to a different colour. But, they have refused to do that just because the 14 days returned period has finished. It seems that Apple cares more about its policies than their loyal customers. We have been Apple customer since 2010 and purchased 1 x iMac, 3 x Macbooks, 10 x iPhones, 5 x apple watches, 3 x iPads and lots of accessories so far.
Is it really hard to change a $79 case to a different color?

Worst retail experience of my entire life. Bought a pair of Powerbeats Pro from Telstra only 3 months ago. Was told by Telstra that they could send them in to Apple, or I could take them there myself. Was happy to drive the hour to Hornsby because I was so annoyed at paying $360 for faulty earphones and I just wanted them replaced. Benjamin was condescending, unhelpful, self righteous and demeaning. I'll never, ever walk in to an Apple store again.

Who manages this circus? Abysmal argumentative staff.

Faulty product sold by Apple only 8 weeks ago and they make you argue and jump through hoops for 40mins until they replace it.

Never had these issues with android.

All staff working out the front at 2: 40pm on the 01/11/2020, excluding the male, were unhelpful, unsympathetic and were lacking in courtesy.

I had a great experience today at the Apple Store Hornsby. I had an issue with my phone that was caused by myself and to their credit even though they were very busy they managed to fit me and and solve my problem at no charge. Great service and all with a friendly smile. Cheers.

I received an excellent customer service from Tony!
Tony, one of the team members at Hornsby Apple store, did an excellent job for me! I had an issue with my iPhone. When I got to the store, he asked me couple of questions in regards to the issue, ran a defect test and replaced my phone straightaway.
He was so patient, polite and to the point!
Thank you Tony!

This is the best Apple store I have been to in Sydney with such great service and product knowledge. The guys at the genius bar were so helpful and fixed a problem with my MacBook on the spot for me while, Penrith and Castle Hill told it would be a 2 week wait.

The Hornsby Apple Store is never too busy and is fully stocked with all Apple products on display. Plenty of staff at the time I visited, although this was close to launch day for the iPhone 12 so they may have had extra staff to handle increased sales. Regardless my enquiry was handled quickly and efficiently and would return here.

Never been there. Give it 3 stars on appearance while passing by. Would have given more but based it on friends who have had trouble with apple in general. Sounds like apple is big on ted tape which cetainly would be frustrating if i was an apple customer

A typical Apple store so everything as expected. It was a bit annoying that I couldn't get a walk in appointment and had to book one in three following week

Everyone very helpful. Social distancing observed. Numbers in store controlled and they hand out masks to all customers before entry. All staff wear masks

They should not be allowed to be open with there long queues outside. They're clearly breaching social distancing regulations and making Westfield shoppers uncomfortable and they have to walk along the other side of the shopping centre to avoid the crowds.

My goodness. You spend more than $2,000 on a laptop and 3 months later you touch the screen, glass fine but lcd fails. Bring in for repair. Apparently you can't touch screen or bezel anymore as they're too fragile. Documentation doesn't say so, but it's a $720 repair.

Buy Apple, bleed cash, deal with incredibly superior and rude staff they have to call them genius as you'd never work it out for yourself.tell everyone how great they are. Really don't know why.

Went there to get help regarding an issue with my headphone. I had to wait for 23 minutes outside (I didn't mind the waiting) and my turn came, I went in. I was placed at a table on corner. Then I was ghosted, nobody came to help me. I sat there and saw employees going around. Then, I asked a lady employee, If she could help me. She rudely said when we are ready, a techinician will come for you. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come. I was tired of wasting of time. Then, I left without resolving my issue. If you are not ready for me then, why send me inside the store to just sit alone?

Sales person had no idea about products. Had to go to tech adviser who also had no idea.

Sales person seemed to have concept customers didn't need to know anything apart from it was an apple.

Seriously know your products

Really bad service and even my 15 yo daughter commented that was a waste if time.

Don't go here if you expect to be treated like a human. I hope next time someone comes in and tells them their personal safety depends on their help they take it seriously. SHAME ON YOU!

Stay away from this place! I went with a problem with my Apple Watch series 4 which has been playing up for quite a long time. Since I only got a spot after the store has reopened after the COVID-19 shut down and consequently the warranty is expired for a couple of months the only solutions they are able to offer is to perchase a new Watch! Unbelievable! I’ve requested to see the manager and she offer to perform a in-store reset like it was any different from the 3 in-house rests i had previously done. Besides that she was quite rude and actually even recommended to buy Garmin if what I was after is fitness!
Conclusion: Looks like a $500 Apple Watch is a disposable device after 12 months. And next time I will follow the store manager advise and definitely buy Garmin which comes with far better after-sales support.

Terrible, so much music and background noise that I have left there and will consider a Samsung so I can decide my purchase in peace and with a softer background experience.
