Even they are not busy at all, I mean you can see 2 or 3 customer services are standing there chatting. You still have to wait for a long time to get served or just ask a simply question. It's a place that you definitely don't want to spend a cent there!

Very bad service. Made appointment and they send messages that said they were ready. Then still had to wait another 30 minutes without being taken care of and walked away.

I had a very unpleasant experience talking to one of the Apple staff at the store. I am thankful that my mac has been repaired in 10 days and the person called Dan was courteous. To the other person who got my mac (which I purchased just 2 years back and was not switching on) I asked him what the problem was as I wasn’t mailed the reason or how it was fixed, to this he told me - “I don’t have time to tell you the reason”. I was shocked on how he replied to a polite request which I am ought to make when I left my mac for 10 days at the store. I will in future for my purchases or repairs not like to visit this store with such unprofessional and rude staff who talk in so pathetic way.

Had a really bad experience and i wont be returning to that store EVER
i walked in on my lunch break, lined up, and when I lady came up to me and asked me how she could help me I briefly explained the issue with my iPhone
She looked at me and her loud reply was OH I CANT BE BOTHERED WITH YOUR PROBLEM and just walked away. People turned around to look at me and then looked at her in disgust
How can someone be so RUDE

Booked an appointment 3 days in advance, Turned up 10 mins early for my "genius" bar appointment (silly me) and was told to "come back in 5 minutes". I looked at the lady like.where am I going to go in 5 minutes? So I said no that's fine I'll wait. So I stood to the side about 3m from the door so other customers could pass by, and over 20 minutes later while watching people turn up and be ushered to the genius bar, I asked when my turn might be and she said I was supposed to have queued up again after 5 minutes. Like are you serious? I was standing right there and it's like I didn't exist. So then the lady takes me to sit down inside where 20 minutes later a Genius comes to tell me that my problem is terminal (power button is stuck in the 'on' position) and it will cost $517 to replace the whole phone. So I guess we don't fix anything any more and we just dispose of it when it has the slightest problem. So I left and went upstairs to a small phone shop selling colourful cases. They served me in 3 seconds flat and said it would cost the same as a screen replacement (about $118) which is fine. Apple your products are great to use but your service is like eating brussel sprouts.

Completely horribly experience. The bouncer at the door gives you the ‘stay out’ questions and your not allowed to browse. I left after a small purchase and bought a Mac at JB-HiFi.

Totally inept. They have not put my sim card back in my phone after they repaired it today! I went in to have a camera screen replaced, the tech was aware my sim card was in the phone when they took it to repair, same phone returned to me and told to take it home to sign in. Because it was late in the afternoon the shop was closed by the time I realised my sim card was missing. How does this even happen? Could not be more incompetent if they tried.

Called the store three times already, nobody is answering the calls.
The last call went for about 25 mins of waiting and call got disconnected.
Shocked by the customer service.

Worst apple store I have ever been.arrive in time for genius bar reservation but being kept waiting for 30 minutes. Staff (maybe they only focus sales)are chatting but ignore you totally.its still happening.terrible service.

The store manager and the technicians are very impatient when dealing with battery issues in the older model. I bought an new iPhone 7 from the post office for my dad. In only two weeks the battery started dropping fast in the indicator. I came to the store THREE times and followed what they asked me to do, installed as new, erased again etc.it still happens. None of the staff listened carefully and kept telling me it shows no problem on their software scene. None of them shows any care to the bad experience of a customer. When I complained nicely they immediately said to me left me at the service desk and tried to find another person to help me, WITHOUT saying what I should expect next. The problem is still there with my phone. I will replace the battery wit other vendor. Very disappointed with the service standards they were following. It totally ruined my used-to-be good experience with this store. Does not deserve to be called genius-bar all the time.

6 Stars to Gary and his colleagues for helping me return to Apple. Telstra made the sign up process challenging (to say the least) for both the staff at Apple and I. Gary not only had the patience to help me, he was committed to the cause and wasn't too proud to ask for help. Although the sign up was stressful and complicated, we certainly got there in the end.

My experience at Apple Hornsby was nothing short of dreadful. After making a an appointment for 11: 40 we were not admitted to the store until 12: 07. Once in the store the staff were rude, dismissive and largely unhelpful. In fact even their coffees stemmed of a higher priority than customer service. After we were told it would take 1 hour for our device to be repaired and ready for pick up we returned and proceeded to wait and extra hour and a half longer and then over charged than the quoted price. I'm selling my phone now and getting an android.

Total lack of many interpersonal skills from staff.
Arrogant, might as well been "helped" by AI.
Cold responses, seemed more often when i asked an explanation to the problems i had in-store, and by phone.
The end result, im locked out of my I pad for 30 days.
I did have this explaned later, with more calls all to reset 1 (one) forgotton password, an was told this decision is made automatically.by APPLE software, and no othwr intervention was possible once APPLE had made its decision.
And this came w iuth further calls tp APPLE.
When asked if the operator thought this was reasonable?
Sje replied "yes, its for security", an was very reasonable for protection
Draw your own conclusions, i wont EVER have an APPLE product.

Extremely Pretentious

They have two people out the front, telling people to wait in line to go into an empty store. I told the assistant I wanted to browse and he said I'd have to wait 15minutes to go into an empty store due to covid. It's like Apple are having a big power trip by forcing people to wait outside an empty store.
The pretentiousness of this company is off the charts.
