Stores employees are a disgrace. Had an appointment at 8pm and I came 25 minutes early to see if possible to drop off early and have it looked at. I wouldn't complain if store was busy and staffs are busy serving others. Quite the contrary, store was pretty empty and there were more staffs than customers. But no, the rude sales rep said "No, you can't check in yet! Come back later. " The way management here works is complete robotic and without flexibility. Apple as a brand is great but store and employees like this ruin it for everybody.

Benja is an amazing go-to in the Apple Store for all your Apple technology needs. He’s a fountain of knowledge and is able strike up a rapport with big personality customers and professionally and efficiently handle their enquiries and needs most expeditiously. I last went in to get a Capri blue silicone case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and a Belkin screen protector. Benja fitted both these with meticulous precision and accuracy; rendering my iPhone 12 Pro Max just as beautiful when wrapped up. I would highly recommend Benja, when you stumble into the store.

Booked an appointment to have my iPhone fixed, Brendon who worked there was the most professional and helpful Apple employee I’ve ever been too! He fixed the phone and my AirPods too- you made my day thank you!

Such friendly and helpful guys helped me set up my new iPhone 12, put on a new glass screen protector for me perfectly and added my new phone to my existing plan. I really appreciated their help in setting up my new phone. Great store!

Went today with an appointment as my phone is shattered. I have a contract through this store and was hoping for some advice on a new phone as mine is a bit older. I had to check in as compliance which is totally understandable, however from the moment I got in, I got passed around to three different people who seemed to not want to help me one bit. I got passed onto a woman named Janet (who was the second person) who was rude, and unhelpful. She just kept telling me ‘ she couldn’t do a contract’. At no stage did I mention a contract. They just judged from my British accent. She just kept repeating how my current phone was ‘ so sad’ but also offered no way to help me. They then called over a female called ‘ Chantelle’ (I think) who straight away said ‘ have you picked a phone? Perplexed, I responded no. As no one had helped me and I literally just wanted to come in and be told what would be best for me. Anyway in the end, after pointless and offensive conversations with lackluster employees that I already had contracts with, they told me they couldn’t help me. And they not could be happier with rejecting me. It was a very weird Experience. I will switch to Samsung after this. Also, Janet get a new job if you hate people so much! To confirm I am a resident of Australia and have been here for over 9 years.

Legitimately the worst time of my life. Been sat here for the past hour when we were told ten minutes. They brought the laptop out ready but had completely forgotten to do the factory restart that was included in the price. Will we ever make it home in time for din dins and bedtime? I highly doubt it. You bunch at bondi Apple Store are the worst grow up

Why can't I just drop my MacBook Pro off with its identified butterfly keyboard issue? Why do I need to book a genius bar appointment days out? It's a known global fault and I should be able to take it to this store and leave it there to be repaired. Not happy.

The worst customer service. After spending more than 30 min on the phone, they said they could not book an appointment more than 5 days ahead of the time of call. Also in past occasions they have refused to fix things not working on my iphone that others shops have fixed. They want you to buy new stuff, they are not really encouraged to offer you repairs.

I went to the store this morning because my iPhone X screen is dead pixel line. I arrived at the store, I reported the problem, and the staff put me in the queue. After 1h10 they called me to wait at the table. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes sitting until some employee could check the mobile. When the staff came over to my desk to chrck my mobile, she said that my mobile had water in it that they could not cover for the warranty. Not considering my frustration at having a $ 1500 mobile that took rain and has already flawed, even being told that it is water resistant, which I could prove to be a lie. I had to wait in full 1h30 to know that they could not fix it to me for the appliance warranty. This is my first iPhone and will also be my last.

Antony the store manager is rude and unpleasant!
He shouldn’t give service to costumers and definitely not to be the one in charge!
I honestly can’t understand how the manager of the store allows himself to talk and behave as he does and when I tried to say I’m not happy with the service and wants to make a complaint, he said: “well I’m the highest position in the store so you just did”

And btw, two days later I went to the store in the city with the same problem, it didn’t take less then two minutes for me to walk out the door with with the service I needed

Really useless services
I went to apple store 3 time and because am In a time limit during my lunch break I book that time which is an hour and they barely have seen me regarding my problem during these 3 visits even after making a week in advance appointments they just keep you waiting

Apple say they can’t repair things when third parties can for half the price and let’s be honest no cons. Apple is the con trying to take our money and blaming third parties as counterfitters. Honestly hate apple and discourage it to my social audience and piers

Every single experience at this Apple store has been atrocious. I haaaaaate having to go here but it is my closest shop. Went to do the simplest thing, buy some earphones. Could I do that in less than 35 mins? No, because I wanted to pay cash so I had to wait, and wait, and wait and no-one else could do it. Honestly if a business school wanted to do a case study on the worst retail experience in Australia, its this. The worst attitude I've ever seen. Except that Apple has good product they would be bankrupt if judged on their abilities in Australia. Gives me cultural cringe considering how good it is overseas and how hopeless the stores are here. Total joke. Again.

Just had an amazing experience with Apple BJ, I have been served by Ellie multiple times, she's smart, patient, efficient, incredible with customer service and I just can't believe she's not a manager there. She should be promoted! What a legend. Thanks so much for looking after me again.

One of the staff seems angry & un approachable. Like dude customers gonna ask you a questions get used to it. You better take some classes on communication skills.
Other than this everything was spot on.

Terrible customer service who have no idea how an appointment system. I booked an appointment online on the 14th September 2018 for an appointment for the 16th September 2018 for 4.45pm. I come into store at 4.45pm and spoke to a gentleman and he said please wait right here whilst I get someone for your shortly. I then wait till about 5.05pm (20 minutes) until I decide to ask an apple employee when I will be getting some help. The person checks and it clearly says “cancelled” yet the apple employee says someone will be right with you. I wait another 5 minutes and at 5.10pm an apple employee comes to assist. I tell them someone cancelled yet the employee says “nope that’s not true” I said in response “I clearly saw it, it was your mistake”. The employee makes up some excuse that we are busy and that’s why. Get your act together Apple Bondi Junction and maybe then I will change this rating.
