We all know the classic Car Salesman experience whereby as a customer you feel like the proverbial chip tossed to the seagulls. Our experience at AMR could not have been any more opposite to this. Bob Culbert looked after us like we were family and there was a palpable sense of joy and satisfaction in the process of him securing us a new car. Covid made the handover process somewhat different to normal, but Bob stayed in touch even though his job was technically done. Fabio Cusumano the sales manager walked us through the handover, sharing a similar sense of joy in the process and by the time we drove away, we genuinely felt welcomed to a new family. We’re not naïve - we know the endgame is for the dealership to sell cars, and to that end they were successful.but the people at this dealership were also intent on making the whole process as personable and enjoyable as possible for the customer, and that’s surely a good thing.

From start to finish we found buying our new car at AMR Mazda an easy and enjoyable experience. We were offered a good deal, and kept up to date on every step of the process as we waited for our new car to be shipped to Australia. The delivery of the car was speedy and we were shown again all the cars features and how to use them when we picked it up. We couldn’t rate AMR Mazda any higher! Bob, our salesman, knows his stuff, doesn’t oversell, is relaxed and easygoing, a good guy and a privilege to get to know.

We purchased our Mazda 3 Touring Edition in 2016. Took it in on Friday for its annual service at 7am. Service team was friendly, thorough and efficient. Went through what was done and what would probably need doing next service. Drove out at 8.30am. Great work guys and thanks to Darro. I was in the market for a small SUV and came across a 2019 CX5 demo model on car sales. The car was advertised at a very competitive price which drew me to AMR but the difference in customer service is what made me buy it. I went to a competitor Mazda dealer first (which shall remain un-named but rhymes with Shon Fewall) and the experience there was terrible in comparison. I felt really comfortable with AMR and although it’s much farther for me to travel I’m also going to service my car there as they deserve my money. Thank you to Chris and the AMR team for making buying a new car a memorable experience.

I wasn't living close-by when i bought my car with 3 years servicing included. I have since moved around the corner from AMR and used them for several services. I wasn't expecting to get great treatment since I bought at another location, however I have been soooo pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and customer service I have received several times at this dealership. My most recent experience was Larissa's assistance today to help get my Carplay sorted - turns out it was user error, but she was so happy to help! Thank you AMR for your quality customer service, it means everything to me!

Would not recommend selling a used car here.

Whilst I understand there might be some variance in offers according to dealership needs, these guys offered me less than half the price of what a place not far up parramatta road offered. Don’t waste your time trying to sell or trade in here

Great pre-sales and after-sales service. Matthew went the extra mile and organised a full interior detail of our ex-demo CX-8 a full three months after we had been delivered it. The service department helped organise a lift to and from Stanmore station, and explained we needed to run it on a long drive about once a week to maintain the diesel particulate filter well, which will help fuel economy.

Really happy with my BT-50. Got a great deal from Matt and I'm so happy i chose the Mazda over the Ford Ranger. Now I get to enjoy some Zoom Zoom in my beast ;-)
