A great overall experience. This was my first brand new car and the staff were just as excited as I was. Zoom, zoom.

I decided to try AMR Mazda after a few bad experiences at the Mazda a few minutes down the road from me. The level of service from my two experiences with AMR Mazda and all the staff have exceeded my expectations - they will now be my regular place to go to for services despite being further out of the way.

The staff at AMR Mazda are very helpful and communication was good. My one issue occurred with the back-of-house payment tracking system. I was contacted for the final payment - even though I had transferred the funds the week prior to the phone call, & I had also sent a copy of the bank transaction to sales & accounts. Otherwise I can't fault the service provided at AMR Mazda.

It was my first car purchase. Went in and they gave me a good deal on the same day. Put my deposit in. They dealt with the lenders really well. Freebies are great. Dealer (Trent B) kept me updated the whole time. Overall, great experience.

Out of all the other location dealers we visited, Michael was the most sincere and helpful dealer we dealt with.

On the day of pick up, Fabio was also extremely helpful and patience as he explained all the car details and set up.

Helen who took care of the tinting, dash cam and coating service was extremely professional and lovely to talk as well.

Amazing service and competitive prices. I've been buying vehicles of AMR for what must be getting close to 40 years. They have never been beaten on price and it has always been their first offer that has stood up to comparison.
