AMR Mazda

Always have car serviced there so decided to take it there for pink slip, thought easier and could check records. My goodness one would have thought it was having a detailed service. Was 3rd one there at 720am but didn't get car back till after 830am and that was when I asked for it back as I intended to go elsewhere. The so called "advisor" was so arrogant, and rude; no customer service. Puts a damper on what use to be great. Next time I will go to the local mechanic.
Best part is that the place is clean and orderly, plus tge coffee while waiting.
Bad experience this time.

David was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to talk to during the purchase and handover process. 10/10 would recommend, he even took the time to throw in an umbrella we joked about!

It's a very busy dealer. I could get some test drive but it takes time to wait for them to be ready. They also only take you around the block once. They are just too busy I think.
