81 Please give your management team my feedback regarding Niazi and the team as they have gone above and beyond to help me and cater to my needs. I understand that I can be extremely specific regarding issues with my vehicle. I felt that when I discussed this issues with your service team that they tried to accomodate me rather than brush me off and ignore my requests.
Niazi personally called me a few times to follow up and discuss the issues with me while offering his opinion on my vehicle. My vehicle is neither new nor is it particularly unique in any way but it is still something I enjoy to drive on a daily basis. All drive subaroo has provided exceptional personalised service and I would like to thank you for your making me find confidence in my vehicle again.
